Edge’s fully cooked, re-heatable menu includes

- herb brine and buttered turkey
- port gravy
- apple & cranberry stuffing
- Yukon gold buttermilk mashed potatoes
- stuffed acorn squash
- winter vegetables
- cranberry & orange chutney
- Choice of Edge signature "Sticky Toffee Pudding" or Pecan Tart

Last year Chef Jasmin Porcic joined the Edge team as Executive Chef. Chef Porcic developed his culinary skills at classic European restaurants, and most recently led culinary development under Rob Feenie for Cactus Club.
With Chef Porcic’s arrival, Reeves knew the time was right to pursue a more creative and innovation-driven approach to catering. The repositioning involved an ambitious rebrand, and a build-out of an expansive” state of the art” commissary and events space at Hastings and Victoria.
