On December 24, diners can enjoy a family-style Christmas Eve Dinner, featuring dishes such as a Seafood Bowl with selections of OceanWise seafood, Slow Braised Short Rib and finished with an assortment of festive sweet treats for dessert.

Seatings are available from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm and the dinner is priced at $105.00 for adults and $52.50 for children. 

On Christmas Day, [email protected] Restaurant will have Christmas Day Brunch and Christmas Day Dinner services available.

The Christmas Day Brunch will feature an assortment of pastries to start, followed by a selection of OceanWise seafood and a variety of family-style brunch favourites such as Avocado Tartine and Croque Madame.

Seatings are available from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and is priced at $105.00 for adults and $52.50 for children.

[email protected] Restaurant’s Christmas Day Dinner will feature a three-course set menu and is priced at $79.00 for adults and $39.50 for children.

Diners will start the evening with Globe’s Signature Honey Beer Bread for the table and individual Spiced Maple Pumpkin Soups, followed by a selection of entrées such as the 18 Hour Braised Short Ribs or Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey.

The dinner will finish with the option between an Eggnog Crème Brûlée or Classic Pecan Pie for dessert. Seatings will be available between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Notch8 @ Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

Notch8 is at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is offering the following Christmas Day and Eve dine-in options:

H Tasting Lounge @ Westin Bayshore

H Tasting Lounge at Westin Bayshore is offering a traditional Christmas on December 24 & 25.

For $69 per person, you’ll enjoy: fresh bread with our signature olive oil candle; parsnip and chestnut soup or trio beet salad; a turkey duo served with potato purée, sage gravy and cranberry relish, or arctic char with fingerling potatoes, butter braised leeks, frisée-orange salad, and vanilla brandy lobster sauce, or butternut squash risotto with a citrus herb salad.

End on a sweet note with a classic chocolate yule log topped with Grand Marnier. To book your reservation, visit them on Tock. 

H2 Rotisserie & Bar @ Westin Bayshore

H2 Rotisserie & Bar at Westin Bayshore is offering Christmas Day Brunch that includes: whiskey cured salmon gravlax with fennel salad; lobster French toast; ham hock eggs Benedict; egg nog cheesecake, Christmas trifle, and more.

Cocktails available include the signature build-your-own Caesar, served with Walter’s Craft Caesar mix, choice of locally distilled spirit, custom garnishes, and rim.

Festive Brunch is available for $49 ($24 for children). Reservations available 12 – 1:30pm via OpenTable (deposits required).

Dockside Restaurant

Dockside Restaurant is offering Bottomless Christmas Brunch on December 25 from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm. It’s all-you-can eat but served a la carte style! 

$59 per adult plus tax and 18% gratuity includes coffee & tea / $29 kids ages 5-10 years includes juice

There will be 2 hour time limit for tables and the time limit starts at the time of reservation not time of arrival.

White Spot

Three White Spot restaurants will be open with limited service on Christmas Day.

  • Granville & Drake (718 Drake Street, Vancouver BC): 9 am – 3pm
  • Richmond Centre (1902-6551 No 3 Road, Richmond BC): 11 am – 3pm takeout only
  • Kingsway (1476 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC): 11 am – 3 pm takeout only

The Richmond and Kingsway locations are once again participating in a charitable Christmas day, with all net proceeds including gratuities being donated to Variety Children’s Charity (Kingsway) and Richmond Hospital Foundation (Richmond Centre).

White Spot’s ready-to-eat Traditional Roast Turkey Dinner is available now until January 10 for dine-in, takeout or delivery. Priced at $19.99 (delivery pricing varies).

Pat Quinn’s Restaurant in Delta has a 3-course plated menu on December 25 from 2 pm – 7:30 pm. Adults ($50 – $67 based on which entree you choose) and kids ages 10 and under $20.

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront is offering Christmas Dinner (3 courses or a la carte) on December 24 & 25. Priced at $45 per person.

Hart House

Hart House in Burnaby is offering a three-course menu priced at $78 per person on December 24 & 25. Seating on two floors (second floor accessible by stairs only). To ensure physical distancing they ask you to remain in your car as they will text you when your table is ready.

Baachus @ Wedgewood Hotel

Baachus Restaurant at Wedgewood Hotel is offering Christmas Eve dinner (5:30 pm onwards); Christmas Day brunch ($79 per person, 10:30 am – 1 pm); and Christmas Day dinner ($159 per adult, seatings at 4 pm. 4:30 pm, 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 7 pm, 7:30 pm, 8 pm, 8:30 pm).

The Botanist @ Fairmont Pacific Rim

The Botanist @ Fairmont Pacific Rim is offering the following:

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar

At Boulevard Restaurant, Executive Chef Roger Ma presents a decadent multi-course Christmas Day festive feast for both lunch (11 am – 2:30 pm) and dinner (4 pm – 9 pm) on December 25. Priced at $88.00 per person and can be viewed here

Highlights include Ma’s award-winning Honey Mussels, baked on the half-shell with miso gratinée shellfish emulsion and preserved sansho pepper.

There’s something for everyone, with options per course ranging from the elevated traditional staples to elegantly prepared seafood.

Diners can expect a fully stocked raw bar, plenty of truffles and caviar on hand to enhance their meals.

Five Sails @ Pan Pacific Vancouver

Five Sails is offering a Christmas dine-in menu (priced at $120 per person) from December 24 to 26.

Menu highlights include a roasted beef tenderloin rossimi, creamy lobster beet risotto, and a turkey dinner served with all the traditional holiday trimmings.

Tables may be reserved on Christmas Eve from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.; on Christmas Day from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m.; and on Boxing Day from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Seasons in the Park

Seasons in the Park Christmas Eve Menu ($59 per person) will feature a choice of appetizer (squash soup, harvest salad or seasoned mushrooms) followed four entrée options – oven-roasted turkey, prime rib, grilled salmon or mushroom campanelle – served with seasonal accompaniments. For dessert, guests can indulge with sweet pumpkin bread pudding or decadent chocolate truffle cake.

Seasons’ Christmas Day Dinner Menu ($89 per person) includes a range of appetizer selections; a main course of prime rib, oven-roasted turkey with all the trimmings, ponzu sablefish or butternut squash ravioli; and a dessert choice of pumpkin bread pudding or chocolate truffle cake.

The Teahouse

The Teahouse’s elegant Christmas Eve Menu ($59 per person) is a three-course feast that includes a choice of butternut squash soup, stuffed mushrooms or seasonal salad greens to begin, a main course of slow roasted prime rib, roasted turkey, ling cod or wild mushroom risotto, and a sweet finish of spiked panna cotta and cookies or chocolate and candy cane opera cake.

Christmas Day Menu ($89 per person) at The Teahouse begins with an amuse bouche and seasonal appetizer followed by a choice of entrée options: slow-roasted prime rib, turkey with classic stuffing, seafood bouillabaisse or wild mushroom risotto. To finish, guests can opt for spiked panna cotta and cookies or chocolate and candy cane opera cake.

Cibo Trattoria

Cibo Trattoria is open for a la carte Christmas Day brunch (11 am – 2 pm) and dinner (5 pm – 9 pm).

Gramercy Grill

Gramercy Grill is offering a 3-course Christmas Eve dinner with Turkey or Prime Rib including appetizer and dessert courses.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse locations (Kitsilano, New Westminster, White Rock, Port Moody) is offering a 3-course Chrismas Eve and Day meal for $55 per person from 4 pm – 8 pm.

Pinnacle Hotel at The Pier

Pinnacle Hotel at The Pier (North Vancouver) is offering Christmas Eve and Day Dinner from 5 pm – 10 pm at the Pinnacle Ballroom and Lobby Restaurant. 3-courses, priced at $55 per person.

La Terrazza

Christmas Turkey To Go Vancouver

Showcase Restaurant @ Vancouver Marriott Downtown

Showcase Restaurant at the Vancouver Marriott Downtown is offering Turkey Dinner to Go. Call 604-639-4040 to order 3 days in advance. Orders for Christmas Eve and Day must be placed by Dec 17. Feeds 6-8 people for $295:

Railtown’s Belgard Kitchen is offering a holiday meal kits ($70) with two servings. The kits feature a traditional but elevated turkey dinner feast, prepared and packaged for easy re-heating and serving.

Guests can choose from two pick up dates: Wednesday, December 23 or Thursday, December 24.

  • Turkey 2 Ways: stuffed and rolled breast, confit legs, gravy, cranberry sauce
  • Twice Baked Rosemary + Goat Cheese Bread Pudding
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Vegetable Pave
  • Salted Caramel Apple Crumble

All ingredients are organic and locally sourced from Belgard’s preferred suppliers, with the option to add a donation to their community partner, Mealshare (to date, the restaurant has provided over 25,000 meals through the organization).

Edge Catering

Edge Catering has a number of holiday offerings. They have a Be a Holiday Hero- Roast Turkey Dinner  featuring a slow roasted, herb brine and buttered turkey, port gravy, sourdough, apple & cranberry stuffing, Yukon gold buttermilk mashed potatoes, stuffed acorn squash, winter vegetables, cranberry & orange chutney, Choice of Edge signature “Sticky Toffee Pudding” or Pecan Tart. Serves 2 for $80, 6 for $240.

They also have a Turkey Dinner for 6 people priced at $500. Includes a turkey dinner for six people and a holiday decor package from Bespoke Decor – available in classic red display or evergreen display.

All holiday dinner orders will benefit Ronald McDonald’s House “Home for Dinner” Program.  Order online at www.edgecatering.ca by 3pm Wednesday, Dec 21 for pickup Dec 23 and 24.  Delivery can be arranged for orders over $200.                      

They are also offering Party in a Box – Charcuterie, Cheese + Canapés featuring four chef selected canapés, artisan local charcuterie and cheese with house crafted crisps. Serves 2 for $80.

Holiday Cookie Kits complete with Edge’s house made cookies, piping bags ready to go, and embellishments to let your imagination go wild. ($40 for kit with a dozen cookies).

Westin Bayshore

The Westin Bayshore is offering Christmas Turkey to go, with a lavish feast fit to feed 6-8 or 10-12 guests, or the option to purchase individually-portioned meals via the Festive Carvery To-Go program.

These savoury feasts include either 6kg or 9kg portions of Rossdown Farms free-range turkey, alongside: brioche stuffing; Bayshore honey glazed root vegetables; Yukon gold mashed potatoes; scratch gravy; cranberry-orange sauce, and a chocolate yule log cake.

6-8 person servings are priced at $350; 10-12 person servings are $450, with the option for additional enhancements, including an orange and clove glazed ham.

Those with fewer guests to feed can partake in the festivities with the Festive Carvery To-Go, available for $59 per person. Available for pick-up on December 24, 25 and 26. Book yours through Tock.

Pacific Yacht Charters

Pacific Yacht Charters has a number of holiday offerings from Christmas Dinner for 1 ($49), 2 ($99), 4 ($199) and much more. They also have Dark Roast Turkey Gravy; Christmas Stuffing; Cranberry Relish and so forth. Hawksworth Restaurant

Hawkworth’s popular Turkey To-Go ($440, 6 portions) is available December 21 – 26 featuring all the fixings:

Fairmont Vancouver Airport’s culinary team will also offer two Christmas dinner options available for to-go.

Offering both a full Turkey Dinner To-Go (for 8-10 people) at $399.00 for those with a larger family, or the Christmas Dinner for Two To-Go at $99.00 as the perfect option for couples or those who are unable to travel home for the holidays. 

Fairmont Pacific Rim

The Fairmont Pacific Rim is offering Executive Chef Damon Campbell’s takeaway holiday dinner, available on December 24 and 25 only.

Guests will enjoy a feast with all the fixings and the choice of a Classic Beef Wellington or Herb Fennel Citrus Crusted Herb Salmon accompanied by detailed cooking instructions, along with holiday inspired sides and dessert, and the choice of optional meal enhancements to further elevate the dinner experience.

Dinner packages serves 4-6 guests and starts from $365.00 CAD. Pre-orders are available online until December 18 at noon.

Chef Alex Chen‘s Slow-Roasted Turkey is sure to impress the traditionalists, and with a Boneless Prime Rib Roast option, there’s something for all.

For dessert, Canada’s Best Pastry Chef, Chef Kenta Takahashi prepares a divinely decadent Black Forest Cake, a reimagined and refreshing take on the Christmas classic with creamy pistachio mousse.  

Packages are available December 23-25 for pickup at Boulevard between 11:00am – 5:00pm. Orders must be received by December 16. All packages come pre-cooked and are accompanied with simple reheating instructions.

Canucks Marketplace is offering holiday dinners for pickup December 22 – 24.

They are offering a Holiday Turkey Dinner for 6 which includes Grade A Turkey (15-18 lbs), Turkey Gravy, 2X Bacon, Sage, and Onion Stuffing, 2X Buttery Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Brioche Dinner Rolls, Golden Eagle Cranberry Sauce, Apple Pie. Prep time 6.5 hours. Priced at $199.

Also on the menu is an oven-ready, fresh, brined, Grade A Turkey priced at $120, weights 15 – 18 pounds and feeds 6 – 8 people.

All orders must be placed by December 16 at 10:00am. Packages will be available for pickup from the 397 Railtown Street location between 10:00am – 6:00pm. Delivery is offered throughout the Lower Mainland for an additional charge.

The team will also be offering a ready-to-eat “Hot Pick Up” service available on December 23-26, between 3:00 pm –6:00 pm, available for an additional $50 per package. Orders may be placed online here or by calling 604-568-8811.  
 
As with previous holiday packages, partial proceeds from packages sold will go directly to Mission Possible, a non-profit organization that supports vulnerable community members in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts

PICA’s on-site Blue Hat Bakery-Café is offering traditional Holiday Dinner To-Go packages ready to heat and serve for friends and family available for pick-up on December 23 & 24.

Glowbal is offering a Christmas Eve Dinner at Home ($350 / serves 4 to 6) available for pick-up on Thursday, December 24.

Havana Vancouver will be offering Nochebuena Meal Kits for Two, a feast to be enjoyed on December 24th.

Nochebuena Meal Kits for Two

For those new to the tradition, ‘Nochebuena’ is a Spanish word referring to the night of Christmas Eve.

For Latin American cultures, this annual tradition is often the biggest feast for the Holiday and Christmas seasons.

Havana’s version serves two adults, and is gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian (excluding the Lechon Asado):

  • Lechon Asado (Roasted Pork): mojo criollo marinated pork belly, crispy cracklin’
  • Mashed Boniato (Mashed Sweet Potato): sweet potato + kennebec mash, caramelized onion,
    confit garlic
  • Arroz Amarillo (Spanish Yellow Rice): saffron, bell peppers, green peas
  • Guiso de Berenjena (Eggplant + Tomato Stew): bell peppers, cumin, coriander, cilantro

Priced at $60, partial proceeds of each meal kit will be donated to the Vancouver Latin American Cultural Centre to support their 2021 programming.

Guests can also choose to add a Coquito cocktail pairing – a Puerto Rican “Eggnog” with Spiced Rum, Cream of Coconut, Condensed Milk, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Egg – for an additional $25 per 1L bottle.

Jenny @jenny_bakes  and Nicole @butter.and.botanicals, two bakers here in Vancouver, who have come together for a special holiday collaboration.

Vancouver Restaurants Holiday Toy Drive

9 Vancouver restaurants have partnered with the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau (LMCB) to host a special Holiday Toy Drive from Friday, December 11 to Sunday, December 20.

Throughout the 10-day campaign, restaurant guests are encouraged to drop-off new, unwrapped toys, gift cards and cash donations at participating restaurants in order to help empower at-risk, low-income families share in the magic of the holiday season.

Off-duty firefighters from Vancouver Firefighter Charities will work with the LCMB to collect donated items from each toy drive location and deliver gifts to families in need throughout the Vancouver area just in time for Christmas.

Main Street Brewing is hosting its inaugural Miracle on Main Street charitable drive from December 1 to 12.
