This year, Edge Catering has holiday menus starting at $80 for 2 people.
Edge’s fully cooked, re-heatable menu includes
- slow roasted
- herb brine and buttered turkey
- port gravy
- sourdough
- apple & cranberry stuffing
- Yukon gold buttermilk mashed potatoes
- stuffed acorn squash
- winter vegetables
- cranberry & orange chutney
- Choice of Edge signature “Sticky Toffee Pudding” or Pecan Tart
I had the opportunity to preview the holiday and it was delicious and served 2 people generously.
