Chefs for Vancouver Aquarium: Edge Catering Razer Clam Coconut Chowder

On this rainy day, I’m enjoying the comfort of this Razer Clam Coconut Chowder by Edge Catering with proceeds to support the Vancouver Aquarium.

It’s a spicy corn and coconut chowder, beautifully balanced with herbs, spices and vegetables, gluten and dairy free. 

If you haven’t heard a group of Vancouver chefs are cooking and selling batches of sustainable seafood chowder using their unique recipes and donated ingredients to support the Vancouver Aquarium.

Each litre is $20 and $15 goes directly to financially assist the Aquarium.  Edge Catering is offering their chowder for immediate pickup Monday to Friday 9 am – 4 pm.
