EAT! Vancouver’s signature event, Eat! Harvest, featured 15 award-winning chefs offering signature canapes that embody their cuisine paired with Pacific Northwest wines. Proceeds from the event supported the BC Cancer Foundation.

While I haven’t made it out to Newfoundland yet, it was a treat to try a dish from the renowned Fogo Island Inn.
