Restaurants across Minneapolis–St. Paul are preparing special Easter menus featuring seasonal ingredients, classic holiday dishes, and festive desserts. Whether you’re planning a laid-back brunch or a more polished dinner, there are several places throughout the Twin Cities offering meals for the occasion. Here’s a look at some of the Easter dining options available this year.

Blondette in Minneapolis is offering à la carte brunch from 9 AM to 2 PM. For $30, guests can add a mimosa package that includes a bottle of prosecco and three juice options served tableside.
Breva in Downtown Minneapolis is offering spring-themed brunch specials including three variations of eggs benedict: classic with shaved ham, Florentine with spinach and gruyere, and a lobster version with chives.
Mallards – Bloomington is offering an Easter brunch from 9 AM to 3 PM with made-to-order entrées including hot chicken and waffles, crab cake benedict, banana caramel French toast, lobster quiche, jambalaya, and shrimp and grits. Each meal includes access to a fruit and pastry bar. Bottomless mimosas are available.
Redstone American Grill – Eden Prairie is serving a buffet from 9 AM to 3 PM featuring breakfast favourites, carved meats, lunch dishes, and desserts. Pricing is $58.95 for adults, $19.95 for children ages 6–12, and free for children under 5.
Axel’s – Roseville is hosting a buffet from 10 AM to 2 PM. Selections include carved top sirloin, leg of lamb, ham, classic eggs benedict, béchamel croissants, maple bacon cinnamon rolls, smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, pork belly hash, and green beans. Adults are $49.95 and children 6–14 are $27.95.
Redstone American Grill – Minnetonka offers the same buffet service and pricing as the Eden Prairie location, with seatings from 9 AM to 3 PM.
The Melting Pot – Minneapolis is offering a four-course Easter meal for $64 per person. The menu includes a choice of cheese fondue, salad, entrée (with options such as shrimp, pork, steak, and chicken), and chocolate fondue for dessert. Lobster tail is available as an add-on.
The Copper Hen in Minneapolis is serving a $49.95 buffet from 8 AM to 3 PM with seasonal dishes such as red wine braised short ribs, honey glazed ham, and smoked salmon. The menu includes a variety of desserts and family-friendly options.
Butcher & the Boar is offering brunch from 10 AM to 1:30 PM featuring hand-made sausages, house-cured bacon, fried chicken, biscuits with gravy, and smoked prime rib. Adults are $55 and kids are $20.
801 Fish – Minneapolis is opening at 1 PM for Easter and serving from their full dinner menu alongside brunch dishes. Bloody Marys and mimosas are also available.
Cafe Lurcat in Minneapolis is serving a family-style Easter brunch for $50 per adult and $18 for children 12 and under. The restaurant is currently booked for prime time.
Tullibee at Hewing Hotel is offering a $65 brunch with shared starters, individual entrées, and shared sides. Kids dine for $20 and can choose between pancakes, scrambled eggs with sourdough, or French toast with fresh fruit.
Manny’s Steakhouse in Minneapolis is hosting a buffet from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Pricing is $64.95 for adults and $21.95 for kids ages 3–12. Their regular dinner service resumes at 3 PM.
The Howe Daily Kitchen in Minneapolis is offering an all-you-care-to-eat Easter brunch buffet from 9 AM to 2 PM. Buffet details have not been listed, but the restaurant is known for classic American brunch fare in a casual setting.
The Whiskey Jar Pub & Eatery in Delano is serving a buffet-style Easter brunch from 9 AM to 3 PM. Additional menu information has not yet been provided, but reservations are available throughout the day.
Tavern at Edinburgh in Minneapolis is offering Easter brunch from 10 AM to 3 PM. Pricing is $49.99 for adults, $44.99 for seniors, and $29.99 for kids ages 5–12. Menu details have not been released.
Gary’s Supper Club in Lakeville is offering a $59 buffet combining self-serve and made-to-order options. The buffet features prime rib, honey baked ham, pesto salmon, and traditional breakfast items. Made-to-order dishes include lobster and smoked salmon benedicts, omelets, and hotcakes. Kids 6–12 eat for $19 and those under 5 for $7. Desserts are served at the table. Seating is limited to 90 minutes per reservation.
Aspen and Oak in Minneapolis is offering a $40 buffet with a build-your-own omelet station, a carving station, frittatas, fresh pastries, fruits, salads, and desserts. Children 12 and under dine for $15.

Prime in Blaine is offering Easter brunch from 10 AM to 2 PM. The restaurant emphasizes a relaxed and elegant dining environment, though pricing and menu details have not been disclosed.
FireLake Grill House at Mall of America in Bloomington is offering a buffet from 9 AM to 2 PM. The $60 brunch includes smoked walleye, venison charcuterie, maple-glazed salmon, omelets, lingonberry cheesecake, and chocolate moose tracks éclairs. Seniors pay $55, and children 10 and under dine for $20. The event is hosted inside the Radisson Blu Mall of America.
