Restaurants across Calgary are offering special menus to mark the occasion, featuring seasonal ingredients, classic dishes, indulgent desserts and more. From family-friendly buffets to refined multi-course meals, there are plenty of ways to celebrate. Here’s a look at some of the options available this year.

Thomsons Kitchen & Bar at the Hyatt Regency Calgary is offering an Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet on April 20 from 10 AM – 3 PM. Guests can look forward to breakfast and lunch favourites, an Alberta AAA beef prime rib carving station, and a wide selection of desserts. Children can enjoy the Sprog & Sprocket soft play area, and the Easter Bunny will be making an appearance. Pricing is $89 per adult, $44 for children aged 6–12, and complimentary for kids 5 and under. Complimentary self-parking is available in the Hyatt underground parkade (first come, first served).
The Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel and Conference Centre is offering an Easter Brunch that takes place on April 20, from 10AM to 2PM, with pricing at $49 for adults, $40 for seniors, $25 for children aged 6–13, and free for kids 5 and under. The buffet includes breakfast staples such as brioche French toast, pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs Benedict, and more. Guests can enjoy a variety of salads, smoked and cured fish, cheese platters, and an omelette station. Mains feature prime rib, chicken cordon bleu, salmon filet, lamb karahi, butternut squash ravioli, and sides like au gratin potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Desserts include a milk chocolate fountain, pastries, panna cotta, baklava, and flambéed strawberries over ice cream. Reservations are required.
Cassis Bistro in Calgary is offering a four-course Easter brunch on April 20. The menu begins with French pastries, followed by Spring Asparagus Velouté with morel mushroom foam. Guests can choose between Alberta Roasted Ham with potato gratin and green salad, or a Spinach & Goat Cheese Quiche. Dessert is Pavlova aux Fruits Rouges with whipped cream and red berries. Pricing is $65 per adult. The kids’ menu ($45) includes French pastries, a choice of Alberta Roasted Ham or Croque Monsieur, and Chocolat Marquise for dessert.
Delta Hotels Calgary South in Calgary is offering an Easter brunch buffet on April 20. The experience includes a featured carvery, a live Eggs Benedict station, and a variety of house-made accompaniments. Pricing is $65 for adults, $55 for seniors, and $30 for children aged 3–11. Kids 5 and under dine free.
Mohave Grill in Calgary is offering an Easter brunch on April 20 from 10 AM to 2 PM. The buffet includes Belgian waffles, eggs Benedict, a seafood selection, and a carving station with AAA slow-roasted prime rib and honey-glazed ham. Additional offerings include stuffed chicken supreme, panko-crusted cod, and a dessert station with a milk chocolate fountain. Pricing is $55.95 for adults, $45.95 for seniors, and $35.95 for children.
