Burlock Coast at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale is serving an à la carte Easter brunch on April 20 from 12 PM to 4 PM, with a $39 bottomless beverage package. A $99 Seafood Tower is available. Dinner service begins at 5 PM, with an Easter special of Lamb Osso-Buco served with spring vegetables and olive oil potato.
Timpano Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale will offer an all-day Easter menu on April 19 (4 PM–12 AM) and April 20 (10 AM–11 PM). Highlights include Cacio e Pepe Arancini, Arugula Salad with strawberries, slow-roasted Porchetta with mascarpone polenta, and Torchio Pasta with lamb sugo. Dessert options include Lemon Panna Cotta with blueberry compote. Signature cocktails include Violet Fields and Basil & Berry Bloom, each $16.
