Dine Out Vancouver 2026 is making its return, offering an exciting lineup of dining experiences, special events, and exclusive menus across Vancouver. As one of the city’s most anticipated annual food and drink festivals, it brings together top restaurants, talented chefs, and passionate food lovers for a celebration of culinary excellence.

Visitors can look forward to multi-course meals at participating restaurants, unique dining events, and opportunities to explore Vancouver’s vibrant food scene. From casual eateries to fine dining establishments, the festival highlights the city’s diverse culinary offerings while showcasing local ingredients and innovative techniques.

Whether discovering hidden gems or revisiting beloved favourites, Dine Out Vancouver 2026 promises a memorable gastronomic journey for both locals and visitors.

Dine Out Vancouver 2026 Dates

The festival will run from Wednesday January 21 to February 8, 2026, offering 19 days of exceptional dining experiences. Participating restaurants will be officially announced on January 12, 2026.

How Does Dine Out Vancouver work?

Dine Out Vancouver 2026 is a great opportunity for foodies to show their support and love for local Vancouver restaurants. The festival promotes local and regional ingredients, the wines of British Columbia, and the city’s exceptional culinary talent.  You can look forward to a tasty lineup of menus (breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch in Vancouver and gastronomic experiences.

Over 450 restaurants are offering multi-course menus from $25 to $70 plus two michelin star options at $110.

Dine Out Vancouver Festival is about community, collaboration, and sharing Vancouver’s culinary story with the world. Along other community partners, the festival showcases culinary talent as well as the many different culinary and cultural experiences that only a city like Vancouver can offer.

Dine Out Vancouver Festival also includes special hotel offers to help make an overnight Dine Out experience both safe and relaxing.

Restaurant Menu Highlights

Freehouse Collective is participating with set menus across six of their venues, ranging from elevated dining to casual street food and cocktail bar fare.

• Brass Fish Tavern in the Financial District is offering a multi course menu featuring dishes such as Seafood Paella Risotto, Sablefish with Clam Chowder, and Chicken Chasseur, with optional wine and whiskey pairings.
• Cocktail bars The Stock Room and Clough Club are highlighting comfort driven plates alongside their classic drinks, including a Smash Burger with Dirty Fries at The Stock Room and a Street Corn Dog with Waffle Fries at Clough Club.
• Both Sing Sing Main Street and Sing Sing Commercial Drive are presenting Asian inspired comfort menus with options like Phở Bò Sing Sing, Avocado and Crispy Tofu, Shishito Peppers, Cured Tuna Tartare, and Salty Pretzel Toffee Pudding.
• In the Entertainment District, Ballyhoo is offering a sharable, casual Dine Out menu featuring items such as Mozza Sticks, Fried Brussels Sprouts and Greens, and Speziato Pizza, suited for pre show dining or a relaxed night out.

Tutto Restaurant & Bar. Three course dinner with optional wine pairings, $65 per person. Starters include Hearts of Romaine, Chilled Heirloom Tomato Soup, and Hand-Peeled Shrimp Cocktail. Mains range from Handmade Sage-Buttered Pappardelle and Wild Mushroom Lasagna to Lemon and Saffron Risotto and Australian Wagyu or Angus Striploin. Desserts feature Caramel Pannacotta, Tiramisu, and Lemon Sorbetto.

P2B Bistro & Bar. Three course lunch or dinner with optional wine pairing, $45 per person. The menu begins with Little Gem Lettuce Salad, followed by Seared Sablefish, Braised Beef Short Ribs, or a Plant-Based Poke Bowl. Dessert is Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Pier 7 Restaurant + Bar. Three course lunch or dinner with optional wine pairing, $45 per person. Starters include Seafood Chowder or Prawn and Scallop Cake. Main courses feature Fish and Chips, Half Chicken with Fries, or Prawn Pomodoro. Desserts include New York Cheesecake, Tiramisu, and Sorbet.

The Lobby Restaurant + Lounge. Multi course lunch and dinner menus with optional wine pairings, starting at $25 per person for lunch and $49 per person for dinner. Lunch highlights include Minestrone Soup or Quinoa Salad, followed by Braised Lamb Shank or Pacific Ling Cod, with Tiramisu or Salted Caramel Cheesecake to finish. Dinner options expand to include Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Local Pork Belly with Scallops, and Chocolate Crème Brûlée.

The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver is offering 3-course Dine Out Vancouver menus at H2 Kitchen + Bar and H Tasting Lounge, with a stay promotion through Stay Vancouver Hotels. H2 Kitchen + Bar is featuring a $45 Southern inspired dinner menu.

H Tasting Lounge offers a $49 Pacific Northwest focused lunch. Guests can also extend their visit with an overnight stay and receive prepaid card incentives, along with access to the hotel’s pools, spa, and wellness facilities.

The Greek is offering a $55 3-course menu at their Yaletown, North Vancouver, and Gastown locations, available for dine in and delivery.

Yuu Japanese Tapas is offering $25 Teishoku sets served with side dishes and dessert. Guests can choose from mains such as Miso Milk Ramen with Clams, Hayashi Demi Beef Rice, or Miso Saba followed by desserts choices of Ube Panna Cotta or Melon Coconut Tapioca. The Dine Out Bites lineup features street-style dishes under $10, including Teri Mayo Poutine, Chilled Tofu with Spicy Meat Sauce and Okonomiyaki, alongside festival drink specials for $5.75 such as Fruit Lemonades, Milk Tea, and Cream Sodas, with optional toppings.

A Bite of Shunde is hosting a limited series Premium Baijiu Pairing Dinner in collaboration with Fenjiu International. Priced at $65 per person, the multi-course tasting menu highlights refined Shunde style Cantonese dishes paired with Fenjiu cocktails and aged baijiu selections. The menu includes Shunde Pulled Fish Soup, Stir-Fried Pork Cheek With Wild Mushrooms, Sauna-Steamed Lingcod, Shunde Claypot Rice With Cured Meats, and Double-Steamed Milk Custard With Fenjiu Flambé. The pairing dinner runs one night per week during the festival with limited seating and ticketed entry. They are also offering Dine Out prix-fixe menus, with a $45 dinner and a $22 lunch, both available by reservation only. For group dining, set menus are also available, including a four guest dinner set at $168, six guest set at $238, and eight guest set at $338, designed for sharing and celebratory occasions.

Provence Marinaside is offering a 3-course dinner for $49 featuring classic French dishes with a West Coast focus and OceanWise local seafood. The menu includes four starter choices, four mains such as Bouillabaisse, Beef Tenderloin, and Confit Duck Leg, and two desserts, Crème Caramel or Fondant au Chocolat. Optional Tawse Winery wine pairings are available, $36 for three regular pours or $26 for three petit pours, highlighting organic Niagara wines selected specifically for the menu.

Street Food City

Street Food City Street Food City returns to Downtown Vancouver from January 22 to 25 as part of Dine Out Vancouver Festival, taking over the north plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery. The four day event brings together a rotating lineup of local food trucks and mobile vendors serving globally inspired street food, from comfort dishes and handhelds to plant based options and desserts. Open midday through late afternoon, the outdoor, family friendly gathering features a tented seating area and daily DJ sets, with different vendors appearing each day, encouraging repeat visits.
