If you’re looking for a very special Dine Out 2017, you might just want to check out the Vancouver Aquarium’s Oceanwise Popup dinner. For the first time, the Vancouver Aquarium is hosting a pop-up restaurant onsite as part of the 2017 Dine Out Vancouver Festival. The café will be transformed into a bustling bistro, featuring an enticing menu from executive chef Ned Bell.
Created exclusively for Dine Out Vancouver patrons, this three-course menu will showcase the best in sustainable, locally-sourced foods. From Ocean Wise dishes such as Haida Gwaii razor clam soup and a mixed grill of wild salmon, sablefish and scallops, to a duo of black pig dishes, guests will have their picks from the culinary bounty of B.C.
Tickets for the event are $58 per person and include a three-course dinner, tax, and gratuity. Dinner seating will be available at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. During this time, Discover Rays will be open for Dine Out guests after the early seating or before the late seating.
