The Stock Market inside the Granville Island Public Market on Granville Island is a new addition to the list of participating restaurants/chefs for the #ChefsforVancouverAquarium fundraiser.
They are presenting a Ling Cod Chowder featuring dontated ingredients from generous suppliers including wild BC lingcod that’s hyper traceable from Skipper Otto; local small-batch bacon from Legends Haul; fresh produce from Exotic Orchard Produce; and specialty mushrooms from Oyster and King.
The Ling Cod Chowder is available as 1 Litre for the next few days after which The Stock Market will be offering a new variety to support the aquarium.
I had the opportunity to try it yesterday and it was so hearty and LOADED with ingredients. A very flavourful and filling chowder!
