Chef Pino Posteraro Teaches Us How To Make Pasta

It was World Pasta Day last week and I had the pleasure of celebrating this delicious day with a pasta making class at Cioppino’s in Yaletown.  Chef Pino Posteraro himself showed us how to make traditional fresh handmade pasta using modernized techniques. It was a delicious and mouthwatering afternoon of fresh, al dente pasta! Check out my video recap.
