The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod’s iconic, 360-degree rotating Top of the World restaurant will offer the “Summer Solstice” cocktail, made with Myers’s Dark Rum, Campari Milano, pineapple and lime juices and demerara syrup, priced at $18.
Cabo Wabo Cantina
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will celebrate National Rum Day with multiple specialty cocktails, including the “CW Mai Tai,” crafted with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Sailor Jerry Rum, orgeat, tropical juices and grenadine, topped with a float of Myers’s Rum; a key lime martini, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Ke Ke Liqueur, lime juice and a hint of banana, served straight up; and “Sammy’s Toasted Colada,” infused with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Coco Lopez and pineapple juice, served on the rocks and garnished with freshly toasted coconut, among others.
