The salted caramel whiskey brand, Duke & Dame (just the name alone makes us feel like we’re in the show) has created themed cocktails for the first half of Bridgerton Season 3. Check out these recipes to try at home!
Penelope’s First Love
Enjoy this exquisite mix that’s made for the one and only first love.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Duke & Dame
- 1.5 oz Lillet Rose Aperitif
- 1.5 oz fresh red grapefruit juice
- .5 oz St. Germain Elderflower
Serve: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake until cold. Pour in a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with orchid flower.

The Queen’s Diamond
Diamonds are forever. And this cocktail, is forever every Queen’s favorite.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Duke & Dame
- .75 oz Amaretto liqueur
- .75 oz Baileys (Irish Cream)
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz blue curacao
Serve: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake until cold. Pour in a chilled coupe glass.
Earl Grey syrup: Add 2 Earl Grey tea bags to 1 cup of boiling water and steep for 5-8 mins. Then remove tea bags and add 1 cup of sugar to tea and stir to combine until sugar dissolves. Pour into an airtight container.

Serve: Combine Duke & Dame, Italicus, Earl Grey syrup, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail tin and shake until cold. Pour into the champagne flute and top off with champagne. Garnish with gold glitter and twisted lemon strip.
The Duke’s Light
The Duke has a favorite that’s soothing and relaxing. Made with lavender, this is the perfect cocktail to sit back and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Duke & Dame
- .75 oz Lavender syrup
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
- 10 blueberries
Lavender syrup: Add 3 tablespoons of dried lavender, 3/4 cup of water and 3/4 cup of sugar to a saucepan and simmer until sugar dissolves. Turn off heat and let it steep for 10 mins. Strain and pour into an airtight container.

Serve: Muddle 7 blueberries with Lavender syrup then add remaining ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake until cold. Double strain into a rock glass and serve over a large cube. Garnish with 3 frozen blueberries and lavender flower.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Duke & Dame
- .75 oz Earl Grey syrup
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Italicus Liqueur
- 2-3 oz or Champagne or Prosecco
- Gold glitter
