Bakery 101 is the onsite bakery and cafe at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts on Granville Island and they offer artisan breads, tantalizing desserts, gourmet cakes made fresh daily by the Bakery & Pastry Arts students.
Here are just some of the beautiful and delicious creations: Raspberry Rose Lychee, Lemon Cheesecake Raspberry Tart, Lemon Basil, Banoffee Verrine, Black Forest, and Raspberry Vanilla Tart.
They also offer custom cakes and accept orders for croissants, muffins, or scones for events. For savouries, you can also find sandwiches, soups, wraps, salads, and other entrees.
