McDonald’s Canada has introduced a permanent cold drinks menu featuring McCafé Crafted Sodas, Refreshers and Cloud Iced Coffees at participating restaurants across Canada.
The new menu gives cold beverages a larger role within the chain’s year-round offerings. Nine drinks have been added across three categories, with flavours ranging from orange cream and strawberry cola to mango pineapple and salted caramel coffee.
The drinks are served in clear cups, showing the colourful syrups, cold foam, fruit pieces and popping pearls. Product availability may vary by restaurant.
McCafé Crafted Sodas
The permanent Crafted Sodas menu combines familiar fountain drinks with flavoured syrups and sweet cold foam.
Sprite Berry Bliss is made with Sprite, blue raspberry-flavoured syrup and sweet cold foam. It is served over ice with a bright blue colour.
Orange Dream combines Sprite with orange cream-flavoured syrup and sweet cold foam. The flavour is inspired by orange-and-cream frozen desserts.
Creamy Strawberry Coke features Coca-Cola with strawberries-and-cream-flavoured syrup and sweet cold foam.
McCafé Refreshers
The Refreshers are made with a lemonade beverage containing real lemon juice concentrate. Each drink includes fruit flavours and a textured topping.
Mango Pineapple Refresher combines mango and pineapple flavours with strawberry-flavoured popping pearls.
Strawberry Watermelon Refresher features strawberry and watermelon flavours with freeze-dried strawberry pieces.
Blackberry Passionfruit Refresher combines blackberry and passionfruit flavours with freeze-dried dragonfruit.
McCafé Cloud Iced Coffees
The Cloud Iced Coffees are prepared with McCafé Premium Roast Coffee brewed from 100 per cent Arabica beans. Each drink is served over ice and topped with sweet cold foam.
The permanent line-up includes Cloud Iced Coffee, French Vanilla Cloud Iced Coffee, Sugar-Free Vanilla Cloud Iced Coffee and Salted Caramel Cloud Iced Coffee.

The permanent cold drinks menu expands McDonald’s Canada’s beverage selection beyond traditional fountain drinks and regular iced coffee.
