Drinks on the pumpkin-inspired menu offered a spirited nod to autumn. The Pumpkin Mocha Martini blended New Amsterdam vodka, pumpkin spice rumchata, nitro-infused espresso, and crème de cacao, delivering a rich, dessert-like finish.

The Pumpkin Bourbon Smash elevated bourbon with pumpkin purée, fresh lemon, and orange bitters for a citrusy, warming sip.

From the regular menu, highlights included the Tuna Tartare with creamy hass avocado and taro chips, perfectly accented by a soy-honey emulsion.

The 6 oz filet paired elegantly with Wagyu Umami Butter, while sides like Pumpkin + Potato Gratin and Crispy Brussels Sprouts complemented the mains with nuanced textures and flavours.

The signature STK bread, served with a blue cheese butter spread and chive oil, was a delightful prelude.

Ending the meal on a dramatic note, The Cloud captivated with its flaming cotton candy spectacle, revealing a sponge cake with fruit toppings.

Paired with the Belle Glos Dairyman Vineyard Pinot Noir 2021, the experience was both visually and delicious. This wine’s spiced cranberry aroma and deep notes of black cherry and chocolate enriched the meal, culminating in a memorable dining journey.
