Combining the already complementary flavours of Espresso and Tiramisu, Caron’s Tiramisu Coffee creation is the perfect way to Fall-ify your coffee recipe.

This beverage (full recipe below) is best prepared with De’Longhi’s Magnifica Evo poured into double-walled glass mugs for the full at-home Barista experience.

Tiramisu Coffee Recipe

Ingredients (makes 4-5 coffees)
Cream
- 150g mascarpone
- 5ml pure vanilla essence
- 50g white sugar or 5 heaping teaspoons
- 75g 3.25% milk
- Cocoa powder
- 1 ladyfinger biscuit
Coffee
- 1 double espresso shot
- 80-100ml milk (cow’s milk or oat milk)
- Ice
Preparation
Cream
- In a bowl or container, add all the ingredients for the cream
- Using an electric whisk, mix everything until you achieve a creamy and thick texture
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes

Coffee
- Fill an 8oz glass with ice
- Add the milk
- Add the double espresso
- Add 1/2 inch of cream on top of the coffee
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder
- Place a ladyfinger biscuit for decoration
