De’Longhi's Tiramisu Coffee Recipe

Ingredients (makes 4-5 coffees)

Cream

  • 150g mascarpone
  • 5ml pure vanilla essence
  • 50g white sugar or 5 heaping teaspoons
  • 75g 3.25% milk
  • Cocoa powder
  • 1 ladyfinger biscuit

Coffee

  • 1 double espresso shot
  • 80-100ml milk (cow’s milk or oat milk)
  • Ice

Preparation

Cream

  • In a bowl or container, add all the ingredients for the cream
  • Using an electric whisk, mix everything until you achieve a creamy and thick texture
  • Let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes

Coffee

  • Fill an 8oz glass with ice
  • Add the milk
  • Add the double espresso
  • Add 1/2 inch of cream on top of the coffee
  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder
  • Place a ladyfinger biscuit for decoration
