Wendy’s Canada is introducing a limited-time Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger across their locations nationwide starting Monday, May 19.
The new item features a quarter-pound of Canadian beef topped with caramelized onions, mayo, and a slice of Canadian cheese, all sandwiched between two grilled cheese buns. This marks the first time Wendy’s has used grilled cheese sandwiches as buns, offering a double layer of cheese in every bite.
The cheeseburger will be available for dine-in, takeout, and delivery through the Wendy’s app, where customers can also collect points through the Wendy’s Rewards program.
From May 26 to June 29, Canadians can add a small beverage to their order for $1.99. Options include Frosty Fizz, Frosty-ccino, and Iced Coffee, now with flavour choices of vanilla, chocolate, or caramel.
This seasonal offering blends two comfort food favourites and adds a sweet or fizzy drink pairing at a reasonable price point.
