Valentine’s Day Offerings: Mon Paris Pâtisserie
Mon Paris Pâtisserie in Burnaby is offering a Valentine’s Day collection featuring handcrafted confections available for pre-order and in-store purchase through February 15. The selection includes a heart-shaped Red Velvet Cake with sour cherry compote, decorated with edible hearts and flowers, serving 3-4 people ($39).
Pickups are available on February 14 and 15, and pre-orders are encouraged. Mon Paris Pâtisserie is open Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Temper Chocolate & Pastry in West Vancouver is offering a handcrafted Valentine’s Day collection available in-store and online for pickup from February 1 through February 16. The selection includes individual chocolates in flavours such as Strawberry & Cream, Cinnamon, Dulcey, and purple heart-shaped 70% Dark Chocolate. Toffee Hot Chocolate Stir Sticks, heart-shaped Peppermint Patties, and Linzer Cookies filled with raspberry jam are part of the lineup. Individual desserts include Dark Chocolate Truffle Mousse, Chocolate Sponge with White Chocolate Chunks (gluten-free), and Strawberry Cremeux garnished with Meringue Tubes. The signature Temper Showpiece Teddy Bear, an edible creation filled with Valentine chocolates, is also available. Chocolate boxes are offered in various sizes, featuring assortments of individual and specialty chocolates.
Temper is located at 2409 Marine Drive and operates Tuesday to Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 8 AM to 3 PM. Quantities are limited, and early orders are recommended.

Fiorino in Vancouver is offering a three-course Valentine’s Day menu priced at $65 per person. Guests can choose from three options for each course, including a starter, main, and dessert.
ELEM

Provence Marinaside in Vancouver presents a six-course prix-fixe menu for $145 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $65. The evening will exclusively feature the set menu, with no à la carte options or substitutions.
Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge
Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge in Vancouver is offering a four-course Valentine’s Day dinner menu crafted by Chef Stefan Hartmann. Priced at $185 per person, the experience includes live piano entertainment and a 2.5-hour seating time. Full pre-payment is required, with a three-day cancellation policy. Tables may be allocated in either the Lounge or Dining Room.
Bacchus is also hosting a Valentine’s afternoon tea experience on February 8, 9, 15 and 16. Priced at $72 per person, the menu features hand-crafted delicacies, finely cut sandwiches, and freshly baked scones. Guests can complement their tea with a glass of champagne. A two-hour seating time applies, and full pre-payment is required with a three-day cancellation policy.
L’Abattoir
L’Abattoir in Vancouver is presenting a five-course Valentine’s Day menu priced at $145 per person, with optional wine or non-alcoholic pairings available for an additional $120. Dishes include prawn toast, scallop raviolo, roasted sablefish, and beef striploin, ending with passion fruit pavlova or chocolate trifle. Reservations are non-refundable after February 1, with a 4% fee applied to cancellations before this date.
Folke
Folke in Vancouver is offering a specially curated Valentine’s Day tasting menu priced at $125 per person, including a welcome drink. Two seating options are available at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, each with a two-hour limit. Guests can add a rose bouquet from Athiana Acres for $25. Dietary restrictions and allergies cannot be accommodated for this event. Reservations are transferable or cancellable up to 72 hours in advance.
Zarak by Afghan Kitchen
Zarak by Afghan Kitchen in Vancouver is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu at $129 per person, featuring Afghan-inspired dishes and a bar package. Vegan and gluten-free options are available. Seating is limited to two hours.
