This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.

Water Street Cafe in Vancouver is offering a Love Bird Menu for two ($198) featuring appetizers like Rocket Salad and Crispy Cauliflower, a choice of Tomahawk Steak with grilled broccolini or Lobster Thermidor, sides like Baked Creamy Polenta and Vegetable Skillet, and a Cheesecake dessert with dark chocolate and raspberry coulis. 2nd Floor Gastown in Vancouver is offering a $49 tapas menu for two that includes Burrata with extra virgin olive oil, Mini Duck Spring Rolls, Steamed BC Clams in tomato and fennel broth, Grilled Padron Peppers, and Deep-Fried Mushroom Ravioli with truffle aioli.

Time & Place in Burnaby is offering a three-course Valentine’s Day dinner from February 14 to 16 for $60 per person, with optional wine pairings for an additional $25. The menu includes starters like Dungeness crab and prawn cake, French onion soup, and salmon gravlax salad. Entrée options include seafood cioppino, ribeye steak au poivre, a vegetarian “Carbonara,” and roasted chicken supreme. Dessert is a tasting selection from the chef, featuring tiramisu, passionfruit mousse, and fresh berries.

Mosaic Grille at Hyatt Regency Vancouver is offering a Valentine’s Day Dinner for $85 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $105. The three-course menu includes a choice of Venison Carpaccio or Seafood Ceviche to start, followed by Truffle Crusted Salmon or Crab Oscar Tenderloin for the main course, with optional add-ons of seared scallops or sautéed prawns. The meal ends with a dessert buffet featuring chocolate-dipped strawberries, mini cakes, petit fours, and beignets.

H Tasting Lounge is presenting a Winterlust dome dinner for $350 per person, featuring Foie Gras or Wild Mushroom Tartlet, Fraser Valley Wagyu Beef Duo, Zucchini-Wrapped Sablefish with Lobster Thermidor, or Acorn Squash Agnolotti, followed by the “Cupid’s Heart” dessert. Each dish is paired with vintage Champagne. Lunch at Winterlust requires a minimum spend of $300 per person. For indoor seating, the restaurant will serve its regular à la carte menu starting at 5 PM.

H2 Kitchen + Bar is offering a three-course prix-fixe menu for $68 per person, starting with Lobster Bisque en Croute or Warm Beet Salad, followed by Smoked Hiro Wagyu Short Rib, Roasted Maple Cured Sablefish, or Winter Truffle Lumache au Gratin. The meal concludes with a Dark Chocolate Basque Cheesecake.

For those looking to extend their evening, The Westin Bayshore is offering a “Discover Vancouver” staycation package, which includes a spacious guestroom, complimentary parking, and a $50 dining credit.

Fanny Bay Oyster Bar and Shellfish Market in Vancouver is offering Valentine’s specials from February 14 to 16. Guests can enjoy the Lover Cocktail, a twist on the French 75 with raspberry and sake, for $18. A dessert duo paired with two glasses of champagne is available for $50. The Shellfish Market at Fanny Bay Oysters will also be offering a bottle of champagne (Duval LeRoy) with premium 18pc oyster pack for $148 or with caviar for $208 for Galentine’s  and Valentine’s Day (Feb 13 to 16).

Loam Bistro in North Vancouver is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a Heart-Shaped French Toast stuffed with strawberry cream cheese, available on February 14 and 15.

B House in Vancouver is offering a Valentine’s menu from February 14 to 16 for $55 per person. The meal includes the Roll in Roll appetizer featuring pork spring rolls, crispy buttermilk shrimp, and fresh greens. The Surf n Turf Platter includes AAA top sirloin, butter-roasted lobster tail, and red curry mussels. Dessert is the Sweet Duo, a molten brownie with mascarpone raisin bread pudding.

The Victor in Vancouver is offering a three-course Valentine’s menu on February 14 and 15 for $155 per person.

Honey Salt in Vancouver is featuring a four-course prix-fixe Valentine’s dinner on February 14 and 15 for $80 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $25.

BC Kitchen in Vancouver is offering a Prime Rib Dinner special from February 14 to 17. Regularly priced at $34.95, it is available for $29.95 with an Encore card, and select members may receive it complimentary.

MRKT East in Vancouver is featuring an All-Day Dim Sum deal from February 14 to 17. Regularly $8.88, it is available for $5.88 with an Encore card. A Combo Special, including spring rolls, a choice of wonton & BBQ pork noodle soup or coconut shrimp bowl, and a beverage, is discounted from $24.88 to $18.88 for Encore members, with select members eligible for a complimentary meal.

Dahlia is offering two special dining experiences for Valentine’s Day. Guests can start with an appetizer of Seared Sea Scallops & Apple or Beef Carpaccio, paired with two glasses of Prosecco for $39. For dessert, a Belgian Chocolate Layer Cake with white chocolate and strawberry sorbet is available with two glasses of Prosecco for $29.

Lavantine in Vancouver is offering a Valentine’s Day weekend menu from February 14 to 16, featuring fresh, seasonal dishes with bold flavors. Guests can enjoy live music throughout the weekend, with a saxophonist performing on Friday and a DJ set on Saturday. The special menu is available for both intimate dinners and group celebrations.

C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine in Vancouver is offering a Valentine’s weekend menu on February 14 and 15, featuring a prix-fixe dinner for two at $150 plus tax and gratuity. Tutto Restaurant & Bar in Vancouver is offering a carefully curated À la Carte or Three Course menu. Showcase Restaurant in Vancouver is offering a multi-course Valentine’s Day menu from February 14 to 16. The four-course dinner on February 14 is priced at $115 per person, while the three-course option on February 15 and 16 is $95 per person. Dishes include Ahi Tuna Crudo, Citrus Poached Lobster Linguine, and Pink Guava & Strawberry Cheesecake. An 18% gratuity will be applied, and reservations are limited to two hours.

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is offering a three-course Valentine’s Day dinner at Notch8 for $129 per person. Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver is hosting Romance in Rhythm: A Flamenco Celebration on February 14 in The Lobby Lounge. The evening includes live flamenco music and dance performances alongside a Spanish-inspired tapas feast with a welcome drink. Pricing is $165 per person, with seating available from 5 PM to 7:30 PM for a two-hour experience.

Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver is serving a multi-course Valentine’s Day prix-fixe menu for $109 per person.

Fairmont Vancouver Airport in Richmond is offering a three-course Valentine’s Day dinner at Globe@YVR for $119 per person, featuring Pacific Northwest-inspired dishes. Additionally, a Valentine’s Afternoon Tea is available with finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries, paired with Lot35 teas or a glass of bubbles. Afternoon Tea is priced at $65 per adult and $40 per child.

Glowbal in Vancouver is offering a three-course Valentine’s menu for two on February 14 for $89 per person. The meal includes a Chilled Seafood Platter to start, a 14oz Prime Grilled NY Steak with lobster and crab Hollandaise for the main course, and a Valentine’s Opera Cake for dessert. An à-la-carte menu will also be available with options like Fried Humboldt Calamari, Lobster Tagliatelle, and Blackened Salmon.

Five Sails in Vancouver is featuring a five-course Valentine’s menu from February 13 to 15 for $170 per person. The meal includes Foie Gras Parfait, Side Stripe Shrimp Tartare, Lobster Bisque, Winter Truffle Parisian Gnocchi, Canadian Filet Mignon Rossini, and a choice of two desserts: ‘Love Letter’ or ‘Valentine for Valentine’s.’

Mon Paris Pâtisserie in Burnaby is offering a Valentine’s Day collection featuring handcrafted confections available for pre-order and in-store purchase through February 15. Pickups are available on February 14 and 15, and pre-orders are encouraged. Mon Paris Pâtisserie is open Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Temper Chocolate & Pastry in West Vancouver is offering a handcrafted Valentine’s Day collection available in-store and online for pickup from February 1 through February 16. The selection includes individual chocolates in flavours such as Strawberry & Cream, Cinnamon, Dulcey, and purple heart-shaped 70% Dark Chocolate. Fiorino in Vancouver is offering a three-course Valentine’s Day menu priced at $65 per person. Guests can choose from three options for each course, including a starter, main, and dessert.

ELEM in Vancouver is offering a five-course tasting menu curated by Chef Vish Mayekar for $185 per person, inclusive of gratuity. L’Abattoir in Vancouver is presenting a five-course Valentine’s Day menu priced at $145 per person, with optional wine or non-alcoholic pairings available for an additional $120. Dishes include prawn toast, scallop raviolo, roasted sablefish, and beef striploin, ending with passion fruit pavlova or chocolate trifle. Reservations are non-refundable after February 1, with a 4% fee applied to cancellations before this date.

Folke in Vancouver is offering a specially curated Valentine’s Day tasting menu priced at $125 per person, including a welcome drink. Two seating options are available at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, each with a two-hour limit. Guests can add a rose bouquet from Athiana Acres for $25. Dietary restrictions and allergies cannot be accommodated for this event. Reservations are transferable or cancellable up to 72 hours in advance.

Zarak by Afghan Kitchen in Vancouver is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu at $129 per person, featuring Afghan-inspired dishes and a bar package. Vegan and gluten-free options are available. Seating is limited to two hours.

The Loft at Meadow Gardens in Pitt Meadows is offering a four-course Valentine’s Day menu at $95 per person, inclusive of gratuity. The regular menu will not be available, but a children’s menu will be offered.
