First Course: Roma Tomatoes, Toasted Pine Nuts, Fresh Basil Pesto, Shaved Parmesan on Crispy Baguette with Balsamic Reduction
Second Course: Chef Dave’s Famous Lobster Bisque
Third Course: Fresh Winter Greens, Toasted Almonds, Imported Feta, Sliced Strawberries, Raspberry-Champagne Vinaigrette
Fourth Course: Petite Filet of Beef Tenderloin, Cold Water Lobster Tail, Scalloped Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus Ratatouille finished with a Red Wine Demi, Lemon and Drawn Butter
