This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.
Sushi Roku in Las Vegas is offering a special Izakaya Feast for two on February 14 for $196 per couple. The menu features tuna tartare, a seafood platter, ribeye, a selection of sushi, and strawberry crème brûlée for dessert. Guests can enhance their experience with specialty cocktails or a bottle of champagne. Reservations are available online.

Museum of Illusions is partnering with Match to host “Love is in the Share” events, bringing singles together for immersive experiences in select locations nationwide. Beginning on Valentine’s Day, these guided group tours will offer Match members the chance to explore interactive exhibits and mind-bending illusions in a unique setting designed for connection. Each event will accommodate up to 30 participants during select hours.
Bouchon will offer a prix-fixe menu featuring beef tartare, poached Maine lobster, truffled roasted chicken, and decadent desserts for $195 per person, with an optional $65 wine pairing.
Juliet Cocktail Room and Rosina Cocktail Lounge will offer 50% off champagne bottles paired with chocolate-covered strawberries from February 10 to 14.
BRERA osteria will serve a romantic Italian menu, including scallop crudo, handmade pasta, Mediterranean sea bass, and prime filet mignon.
Buddy V’s Ristorante will feature a three-course Italian-American meal with lobster bisque, truffle risotto, and a lobster tail dessert for $75 per person. A children’s menu will be available for guests under 10.
CUT by Wolfgang Puck will offer a three-course meal that includes Wagyu beef tartare, Maine diver scallops, and a filet mignon “Chateaubriand” for two, with green tea and white chocolate lava cake to finish. The prix-fixe menu is priced at $125, with an optional wine pairing for $225.
Gjelina will highlight oysters on the half shell, saffron spaghetti pomodoro, aged ribeye with grilled lemon, and its signature sticky toffee pudding.
Matteo’s Ristorante will present a special Valentine’s menu featuring caviar for two, seafood and truffle-infused pasta, Mediterranean-style fish, and prime filet mignon with foie gras butter.
WAKUDA will offer an eight-course Japanese tasting menu priced at $225 per person, featuring shellfish, Toro tartare, Japanese A5 Wagyu, a chef’s sushi course, and a dessert selection.
Yardbird Southern Table & Bar will serve a $90 prix-fixe menu with Southern-inspired dishes, including oysters with Osetra caviar, sweet tea-braised short rib, and a choice of chocolate raspberry coconut panna cotta or frozen berries with sorbet for dessert.
