Tractor Everyday Healthy Foods recently opened a new location in Downtown Victoria just by the Fairmont Empress at 805 Government Street.
They are a great place to nourish yourself while you explore Victoria
with fast, fresh and creative fare made with sustainably sourced
ingredients.
Their seasonal menus feature bowls, salads, soups, stews, sandwiches
and sides prepared on-site in their bright, open-concept kitchen.
Unique to Tractor Victoria is a special Salmon Bowl featuring your choice of market sides and Ocean-Wise sockeye salmon in a house-made creamy lemon dill marinade.

We enjoyed a Oceanwise tuna bowl, roast beef sandwich, baked falafels,
Morroccan chicken stew, housemade lemonade and iced coffee on their
sunny street-front patio overlooking the picturesque harbor.
Tractor’s also has a new line up of baked goods menu including Pepita Loaf; Chocolate Banana Bread; Chocolate Pistachio Cookie; Apricot Power Cookie.
Community-focused Tractor Victor also has a small rotating collection
of merchandise from local artisans and creators like scented candles and hand sanitizer from True Hue, jars of local floral-infused honey from Babe’s Local Honey Farm, and a selection of Tractor-branded tote bags, water bottles, and camping mugs.
Tractor Victoria is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for dine-in or takeout.

There were only 3 people in the restaurant yesterday, so not busy, but 2 tables when we arrived had not been cleaned and when one person left outside that table wasn't cleaned either. Most restaurants when you leave are cleaned right away. It's also off putting when you walk in the door a stack of dirty dishes sitting there. Would not go back.
