Feenie’s will serve Classic Burger and a signature Time Out Market Burger featuring house-ground wagyu and gruyeré, inspired by the Burger De Maison at Le Crocodile. Chef Robert Feenie brings experience from his time leading Le Crocodile and Lumiere along with accomplishments from competition cooking shows.

Chef Chanthy Yen introduces Mee Bar, a concept rooted in Cambodian cuisine. Dishes include Mee Kola, Cambodian-style chicken wings with lime and Kampot pepper, and Nom Banh Chok featuring rice noodles, vegetables, herbs, and curry broth.

Lunch Lady joins the market with a menu based on their well-known Vietnamese street food dishes such as Steak Lúc Lắc and Garlic Fried Noodles. The Vancouver restaurant collaborates with Chef Nguyen Thi Thanh, bringing influences from Saigon’s street food scene.

MaKaam from Baan Lao presents modern artisan Thai cooking led by Chef Nutcha Phanthoupheng. Their menu will include an interpretation of pad Thai with aged tamarind and water buffalo milk gouda.

DownLow Chicken brings crispy fried favourites like The OG Sando, Signature DL Mac n Cheese, and Fries on the Downlow. Since 2018, this concept has gained a loyal following for their take on Nashville Hot Chicken.

Barnacle by Bar Bravo will provide raw and cooked seafood, including Local Oysters, Signature Jonah Crab Cocktail, and a Seafood Tower, drawing on the recognition Bar Bravo has received within Vancouver’s dining scene.

The market spans 50,000 square feet with 18 kitchens, three bars, a dessert counter, a coffee counter, multiple event spaces, and an outdoor terrace overlooking a public park. Located at Oakridge Park at West 41st Avenue and Cambie Street, the development connects visitors and locals between downtown Vancouver and YVR Airport.

More vendors and cultural programming details will be shared in the months leading up to opening. The concept brings local chefs together under one roof, providing a place to eat, gather, and experience food made by some of the city’s most recognizable names and emerging talents.
