Nestled within the resort’s cozy library, this intimate space seamlessly combines the classic charm of a library with the refined ambiance of a whisky salon, to offer the public bespoke cocktails, artfully highlighting the rich flavors of The Macallan.
Influenced by characteristics inherent in The Macallan, candied ginger, dark fruit, and winter spice notes, the curated menu takes a local twist by incorporating elements from the Whistler flora. Think pine needle tincture and locally sourced honey, delivering a diverse array of flavors.
From spirit-forward to zero-proof, bold to refined, hot to cold—there’s a palate-pleasing option for every discerning taste.
Among the standout libations is the Cloud Atlas, featuring The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 years old, rose vermouth, tarragon, pine honey, and plum—a smooth, delicate, and invigorating creation. Another highlight is Between The Pages, a harmonious blend of The Macallan Double Cask 12 years old, apricot, coconut tea, verjus, and black lemon, offering a refreshing, sweet, and mineral-infused taste.
