The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) and The Beverly Hilton announced the menu for the 80th Annual Golden Globe Awards.
This year’s menu features locally sourced ingredients from Southern California along with fresh, responsibly farm-raised Icelandic Salmon.
Additionally, any extra food that is not able to be used during the Golden Globes will be donated to the Hollywood Food Coalition.
Moët & Chandon will be featuring its 2012 Grand Vintage, which is exceptional in its maturity, complexity, and charisma, alongside Moët Imperial Rosè, a spontaneous, radiant, and romantic champagne.
Icelandic Glacial, the naturally alkaline, sustainably sourced spring water from Iceland, will be served with the food courses during the Golden Globes ceremony in a limited edition glass bottle design, along with Timothy Maguire Chocolates of North Carolina.
Floral arrangements will be provided by Marks Garden.
The Beverly Hilton has been the home of the Golden Globe Awards since 1961.
This year’s event will air live on NBC and Peacock on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 5 p.m. PST / 8 p.m. EST from The Beverly Hilton’s legendary International Ballroom.
