Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar is offering a refined three-course Thanksgiving dinner on October 12 and 13. Executive Chef Alex Chen and his team present a menu inspired by the season’s harvest. The meal begins with a butternut squash bisque topped with pumpkin seed oil, spiced maple Chantilly, and crispy sage. The main course features roasted turkey with mashed potatoes, chestnut brioche stuffing, glazed root vegetables, giblet madeira gravy, and cranberry sauce. For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Carl Sanchez has created a Sweet Potato Mont Blanc with figs and cranberry compote, biscoff feuilletine, sweet potato cheesecake and mousse, and pecan sponge.

Caramba is offering a Thanksgiving feature on Monday, October 13: Roasted Fraser Valley turkey with chorizo stuffing; pommes purée; Pemberton carrots; honey Brussels sprouts; cranberry sauce; turkey gravy, $45 per person. Three or four course fall prix-fixe menus run all weekend at $30 or $40, with choices such as calamari, house ricotta, burgers or pizzas, pasta, mussels ’nduja, duck breast, or NY striploin, plus sides and dessert.

Lorette Brasserie is offering a three course Thanksgiving prix-fixe on Sunday, October 12 for $65 per person: roasted delicata squash soup with maple Chantilly and seed granola; maple glazed organic turkey with pommes purée, creton stuffing, Pemberton roasted vegetables, citrus cranberry preserve, and turkey jus; tarte au sucre with beurre noisette sorghum and hay and brandy ice cream. A separate three course $30 set menu is also available over the long weekend.

The Wildflower Restaurant at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler is offering two Thanksgiving dining experiences on October 12. The Thanksgiving Harvest Brunch runs from 11:30 AM to 2 PM, priced at $89 per adult and $42 per child ages 6–12. The Three-Course Thanksgiving Dinner begins at 5 PM, priced at $79 per adult and $36 per child, featuring classic holiday favourites in a warm, family setting.

Grill & Vine at The Westin Whistler will serve a Three-Course Thanksgiving Dinner on October 12 from 5 PM to 9:30 PM, priced between $45 and $95 per person.

Braidwood Tavern at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler will host a Three-Course Thanksgiving Dinner October 11 and 12 for $95 per person. The menu highlights seasonal ingredients and alpine-inspired flavours, offering a refined yet welcoming holiday dining experience.
