Andare at Hyatt Regency Seattle in Seattle is offering a Thanksgiving Dinner prix-fixe menu on Thursday, November 28, from 11 AM to 11 PM. Guests can enjoy classic dishes including roasted turkey breast with garlic mashed potatoes, Italian sausage stuffing, crispy Brussels sprouts, and pumpkin gelato with cinnamon-spiced streusel. This menu is available a la carte for $39.

Ben Paris at The State Hotel

Water’s Table at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton is offering a Thanksgiving Dinner prix-fixe menu from 3 PM to 9 PM. This four-course menu, priced at $125 per adult, highlights seasonal ingredients in an elegant waterfront setting. An a la carte kid’s menu is available for ages 5-12.

The Lakesgiving Buffet in the Lake Washington Ballroom at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is offered from 2 PM to 7 PM, featuring a family lounge, games, and a football viewing room. The buffet is $100 per adult, $50 for children aged 5-12, with complimentary dining for children under 5.

Salish Lodge & Spa

Salish Lodge & Spa in Snoqualmie provides a Thanksgiving Dinner prix-fixe option at $115 per person ($30 for children 10 and under), with tableside carving for larger groups at $135. Guests can enjoy traditional flavours in The Restaurant, the Ballroom, or Cliffside dining spaces.

Tidal+ at Hyatt at Olive 8

The event costs $75 for adults, $50 for children aged 4-10, with free admission for children under 4.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

Goldfinch Tavern is offering a Thanksgiving prix-fixe dinner featuring a three-course menu crafted by Chef Jeffrey Hunter. Priced at $165 per person, this Pacific Northwest-inspired meal begins at 11 AM. The prix-fixe meal is available from 10 AM to 8:30 PM, priced at $87 per adult and $45 per child under 10. The dining experience is limited to 2 hours per party to accommodate more guests. A $25 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation.
