Complicated Pilgrim in Memphis is offering a Thanksgiving lunch prix-fixe menu from 12 PM to 5 PM for $55 per person. The meal begins with shared appetizers including Pimento Cheese Devilled Eggs, Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts, and Roasted Beet Salad with Whipped Burrata and Pistachios. Entree options include Salmon Wellington, Mushroom “Meatloaf,” or Roasted Turkey. Dessert choices are Salted Caramel Apple Fried Pie or Sweet Potato Cheesecake Fried Pie.
