Starbucks Canada has unveiled its latest espresso beverage, the Cortado, along with the Brown Sugar Oat Cortado, Maple Mini Pancakes, and Belgian Liège Waffle, bringing fresh options to its Canadian winter menu. Seasonal favourites such as the Pistachio Latte, Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, Heart Sugar Cookie, and Valentine Cake Pop have also returned for a limited time.
The Cortado showcases three ristretto shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso, known for its notes of candied apple and bittersweet chocolate, combined with steamed whole milk or a milk alternative. The result is a rich, balanced espresso beverage served exclusively hot in an 8 oz. size.
For a non-dairy alternative, the Brown Sugar Oat Cortado features ristretto shots blended with oat beverage and brown sugar syrup, finished with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
In the food selection, the Maple Mini Pancakes offer a bite-sized breakfast option infused with maple sugar, available in servings of four or eight.
The Belgian Liège Waffle delivers a crispy, golden treat with pearl sugar and a hint of vanilla, ideal for pairing with a morning coffee.
Returning beverages include the Pistachio Latte, crafted with espresso, steamed milk, and brown buttery topping, and the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, which blends cold brew coffee with pistachio cream cold foam and salted brown butter sprinkles.
Dessert options feature the Heart Sugar Cookie, a buttery, heart-shaped treat decorated with white or pink chocolaty coating and colourful sprinkles, and the Valentine Cake Pop, made with chocolate cake dipped in icing and finished with heart sprinkles.
The winter menu also includes Starbucks Single-Origin Ethiopia Whole Bean Coffee, a blonde roast with notes of tangerine, ginger blossom, and sweet dates, available for a limited time.
Starbucks’ seasonal merchandise collection includes tumblers, mugs, and water bottles in winter-inspired designs and colours, available in participating stores while supplies last.
