The Starbucks Reserve is now open at Pacific Centre and one of the menu items exclusive to the location is the Chorizo Mac & Cheese. Priced at $7.95, this hot, small plate item has 680 calories.
I really enjoyed the Chorizo Mac & Cheese at the media preview of the space. The dish was spicy, meaty and not overly cheesy to make it feel heavy in the stomach. The pasta tasted reasonably al dente and I thought the dish overall was quite hearty. I wouldn’t mind having this again in the future.
