Starbucks Canada is starting 2026 with new drinks and returning favourites as their winter menu arrives in coffeehouses across Canada. The seasonal update introduces protein-focused caramel beverages, limited-time Dubai Chocolate drinks, and the return of pistachio-flavoured options, alongside select winter treats and new drinkware.
New Caramel Protein
Two new caramel protein drinks are joining the year-round menu. Caramel Protein Matcha combines unsweetened matcha with protein-boosted milk and caramel syrup, offering between 28 and 32 grams of protein in a hot or iced grande. Caramel Protein Latte is made with Starbucks Espresso Roast, protein-boosted milk, and caramel syrup, delivering 27 to 29 grams of protein per grande. Both drinks can be ordered with classic caramel or sugar-free caramel syrup and are available hot or iced.
A third protein-forward option appears on the winter menu as Iced Brown Sugar Cream Protein Matcha, which layers matcha with brown sugar–flavoured protein cold foam and provides 24 grams of protein in a grande size.
Dubai Chocolate
For a limited time, Starbucks is also adding two Dubai Chocolate-inspired drinks to the winter lineup. Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha features unsweetened matcha with pistachio sauce and milk over ice, finished with chocolate cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping. Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha combines espresso, chocolate mocha sauce, and milk over ice, topped with pistachio cream cold foam and the same salted topping.
Popular Pistachio Returns
Pistachio drinks are returning for the winter season, giving customers several familiar options. Pistachio Cortado joins the cortado lineup in an 8-ounce format made with Starbucks Blonde Espresso, steamed milk, and pistachio flavour. Pistachio Cream Cold Brew pairs cold brew with vanilla syrup and pistachio cream cold foam. Pistachio Latte is available hot or iced with espresso, milk, and pistachio sauce. Pistachio Frappuccino returns as a blended option, with a coffee-free version available as Pistachio Crème Frappuccino.
Returning Food
The winter menu also brings back seasonal snacks, including Valentine Cake Pop and Heart Cookie, both returning for a limited time.
New Starbucks drinkware is launching alongside the winter menu, with tumblers, cold cups, and mugs available at participating Canadian locations, while supplies last.
