St. Louis Bar & Grill has partnered with Canadian snack maker Covered Bridge Potato Chip Company to bring the restaurant chain’s popular wing and sauce flavours to grocery shelves in chip form across Canada.
The new chips translate familiar wing night flavours into a crunchy snack made with Canadian grown Russet potatoes, offering fans another way to enjoy the brand’s signature taste beyond the restaurant table.
Two flavours are now rolling out, with Garlic Dill Sauce delivering a savoury and tangy profile, while Hot & Honey combines sweetness with a mild kick inspired by the restaurant’s well known wing sauce. Both varieties aim to capture the flavour experience customers associate with St. Louis in a portable snack format.
The collaboration allows both brands to reach customers in new settings, from at home gatherings to game nights and everyday snacking. Early customer demand has already encouraged broader distribution plans.
The chips are currently available through Covered Bridge’s online store and at select retailers across Atlantic Canada, with distribution expanding soon to Ontario, Alberta, and Manitoba stores.
