Tim Hortons Canada is bringing back Roll Up To Win 2026 from February 23 to March 22, offering over 30 million prizes available to be won through playing Roll Up To Win on hot beverage cups and in the Tim Hortons app including one of seven 2025 Volkswagen ID.Buzz vehicles, vacations and VIP experiences, electronics, gift cards, cash, plus over eight million donuts and over 17 million coffees.
Tims is announcing that the beloved annual tradition of Rolling Up The Rim on hot beverage cups for a chance to win amazing prizes will return this year and continue to be a key part of future contests.
While supplies last, any small, medium, large, or extra-large hot beverage will come in a promotional Roll Up To Win paper cup with a prize message printed under the rim.
Tims Rewards members earn one digital Roll for each eligible purchase of:
- Hot or cold beverages
- Breakfast sandwiches or wraps
- Lunch or dinner food items
Guests who bring a reusable cup for their beverage receive a bonus digital Roll. Purchasing Tims at Home products at a Tim Hortons location earns three digital Rolls, and the same offer applies to purchases from participating retailers after submitting a valid receipt at timsathomepromotion.ca.
Roll Up to Win 2026 Dates
The contest runs from February 23, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time until March 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
There are two participation periods happening at the same time: Paper Cup Roll Period and Digital Roll Period.
Paper cups are available only while supplies last at each restaurant location. Digital rolls can be earned until the end of the contest, but all digital rolls must be revealed by April 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time or they will expire.
The Two Types of Rolls
There are paper rolls and digital rolls. Paper Cup Rolls are printed under the rim of special contest cups. You physically roll up the rim to see if you win. Digital Rolls are revealed inside the Tim Hortons mobile app after you log in to your Tims Rewards account. You can receive one or both types of rolls depending on how you make your purchase.

How to Play Tim Hortons Roll Up to Win 2026
There are two ways to play:
- Paper Cups – While supplies last, roll up the rim of promotional hot beverage cups to reveal a prize. Please refer to signage in-restaurant or ask a Team Member what sizes of contest cups are still available at your location.
- Digital Rolls – Earn Digital Rolls by scanning your Physical or Digital Tims Rewards Card in restaurant, using Scan and Pay, placing a Mobile Order, or ordering through Delivery.
What Menu Items are Eligible for Digital Rolls?
During Roll Up To Win, guests who scan for rewards, use Scan & Pay, or order through the Tim Hortons app will earn one digital Roll for each eligible menu item purchased:

How Long Do I Have to Open My Digital Rolls?
All Digital Rolls must be revealed by April 5, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Any rolls not opened by this deadline will be forfeited.
How Long Do I have to Redeem a Prize?
Coffee prizes, food prizes, and 10 pack Timbits prizes must be redeemed by April 9, 2026. All other prizes must be claimed by May 4, 2026.
