SMEG Canada is set to launch their first Canadian showroom in Toronto this summer. Located at 2 Bloor Street West, the 2,900-square-foot space will be in Bloor-Yorkville, an area known for high-end fashion houses and luxury lifestyle retailers.
The flagship showroom will include a street-level retail storefront offering the full range of SMEG products, including major and countertop appliances. A live demonstration kitchen on the upper level will serve as a venue for interactive cooking masterclasses led by industry professionals. On the main floor, SMEG will debut their first-ever in-store café globally. The café will offer handcrafted Italian beverages to reflect the brand’s hospitality roots.
The new showroom is designed to give customers an immersive experience, combining product education with culinary programming. SMEG’s design-forward ethos is reflected throughout the space, highlighting its reputation for blending technology with timeless Italian aesthetics.
Known for collaborations with brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Disney, Veuve Clicquot, SUPREME, and OVO, SMEG continues to develop home appliances that function as both tools and design statements. Every product reflects the company’s commitment to design and engineering, produced under the leadership of Mr. Vittorio Bertazzoni in Northern Italy.
Programming will include hands-on coffee workshops and culinary showcases featuring SMEG appliances. The Toronto showroom will act as a hub for both consumers and professionals interested in design, cooking, and hospitality. SMEG has confirmed plans to open a second Canadian location in Vancouver.
