I really loved the premium beef; soy sauce marinated chicken; beef bimbimbap and seafood pancake. The soy sauce marinated chicken was just perfectly flavoured and was super juicy and tender after we grilled it.
Also get the watermelon drinks in the whimsical drinking glasses.
If you haven’t been to Seorae before, it is a modern restaurant featuring classic grill-your-own Korean BBQ meals and hot pots in a casual setting.
Founded in 2007, Seorae is a South Korean brand which has expanded globally to locations in Japan, China, Singapore and more.
They specialize in Galmaegisal which refers to pork ‘skirt-meat,’ basically the portion between the pig’s liver and midriff.
A fully-grown pig or cow produces only 250 grams of such meat. It is so good and so rare, that this meat was reserved only for the palates of monarchs and royal families.
