Quesada has introduced a new limited time menu item, the Holy Mole Enchilada, now available at participating locations across Canada.
The new offering draws inspiration from traditional Oaxacan cuisine, where mole is a well known sauce made from chili peppers, spices, seeds, and nuts. This release continues the brand’s approach of featuring regionally influenced Mexican dishes within a fast casual format.
The Holy Mole Enchilada includes two flour tortillas filled with a choice of ground beef, spicy chicken, or roasted vegetables, along with refried beans, corn, and jalapeños. The dish is topped with an Oaxacan style mole sauce, melted cheese, tortilla chips, pickled onions, and cilantro, bringing a mix of savoury and spiced flavours.
The launch follows growing interest among Canadian diners in globally inspired menu items. Quesada has previously introduced limited time features influenced by regional Mexican cooking, and this latest addition expands the menu beyond burritos, tacos, and quesadillas with a different format.
The Holy Mole Enchilada is available for a limited time at more than 225 locations nationwide. Guests can order in store, for takeout, or through the Quesada app for pickup and delivery.
