On our trip to Kelowna, we visited the local Asian supermarket called “Oriental Supermarket.” It looked to be a well-stocked store of Asian goods including Asian sauces, rice, fresh fruits & vegetables, cookware, instant noodles, exotic fruits, canned goods, Japanese candy, curry paste, frozen meats, ice cream, coconut juice, tofu and more. The prices are definitely higher than Asian grocery stores in the Lower Mainland, but it probably costs more to transport these goods to the Okanagan. Here are some photos from the visit.
