Tourism Whistler has expanded their annual Nourish Whistler Wellness Series, running May 31 to June 29, 2025, with more than 60 events across five weekends. The program, curated around movement, mindfulness, culinary offerings, and workshops, provides attendees the opportunity to build their own personalized wellness retreat.

The Signature Event, The Art of Wellness, will take place June 20-21 at the Audain Art Museum. This event features The Art of Wellness Long Table Dinner, where guests will enjoy a seasonal four-course menu, live music, an immersive garden installation, and a Director’s Tour of Edward Burtynsky’s Coastal Mountains exhibition. The Art of Wellness Market offers artisan vendors, interactive activities, family programming, and museum admission for $5 per day.
Yoga teacher Seane Corn leads five sessions throughout the series, including Mystics on the Mat, MenoMagick: A Transformational Workshop, Chakra Flow, and Revolution Within. The speaker series features Feel Better Now: A Revolutionary Approach to Reclaim Your Wellbeing with Catherine Roscoe Barr and The Science of Hope with Molly Kawahata.
Culinary events will be hosted at Station House on Alta Lake, highlighting chefs Quang Dang, Alana Maas, Erin Stone, Bruce Warden, and Maggie Wallace. Events include Grillin’ n’ Chillin’, a four-course BBQ dinner paired with mocktails, and Sunday Wellness Brunches.
Masterclasses explore subjects such as The Power of Connection: Cold Dip & Breathwork, Yoga Anatomy & Alignment, and the Summer Solstice Manifestation Ritual. Movement sessions range from Sound Baths and Forest Bathing to functional fitness classes and dance, held at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre, Audain Art Museum, and atop Whistler Mountain.
