Fairmont Chateau Whistler
Fairmont Chateau Whistler is offering the following:
New Year’s Eve Dinner in the Wildflower and the Grill Room
From 8:00 p.m.
The Wildflower and The Grill Room are serving up a festive New Year with a four-course dinner. Live entertainment from 8:30 p.m. Reservations are required. $179 per person.
New Year’s Eve Gala
8:30 P.M.
Sparkle and shine at the Chateau’s sophisticated New Year’s Eve Dinner! This lavish gala affair will serve up a buffet of pure indulgence while the red hot covers group, Side One delivers note-perfect versions of today and yesterday’s best party songs. Reservations are required. $229 per person.
Festive Feast to Go
Portobello’s Festive Feast To-Go is back, December 20 – January 1. Portobello in Whistler’s Upper Village takes all the hassle out of preparing a scrumptious Festive Feast by doing all the hard work for you. Their Chefs will prepare either your Prime Rib or your Turkey, you just take it home. And if you like – you can even take the credit. We won’t tell.
- Prime Rib | $399 plus applicable taxes (serves 6 – 8)
Menu includes slow-roasted prime rib, festive seasonal salad, buttermilk mashed potatoes, maple candied yams, grainy mustard dressed Brussels sprouts, roasted root vegetables, peppercorn gravy, a holiday yule log and all the trimmings. - Turkey | $299 plus applicable taxes

Hy’s Whistler
For those people who are celebrating and welcoming 2022 in Whistler, Hy’s Whistler will be offering special menus for early and late seatings on New Year’s Eve. 5-6:30PM for the early seating and 7:30 onwards for late seating. A Dj will be setting the mood with an inspired and festive playlist.
