Kimpton Alma San Diego
Kimpton Alma San Diego is offerig The Desmond’s New Year’s Eve Chef-led 5 course menu. Starting at $110 per person, the menu created by California’s beloved Chef Jason Neroni, features signature dishes like Rib Eye Tataki and New York Strip with chocolate truffles and crème brûlée to top it off. Post-dinner, guests can head to Alma’s rooftop pool to enjoy a complimentary midnight champagne toast and see the stars and fireworks collide over San Diego’s hip Gaslamp Quarter.

Town & Country Resort is offering the following:
Snow day: Snow is on the forecast at Town and Country Resort! On Friday, December 29, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., guests are invited to experience a Southern California snow day with the resort’s first-ever Frosty Fun Zone. Guests can play in the snow, sled down a hill with complimentary sleds, and warm up with hot chocolate and holiday cocktails from Trixie.
New Year’s Eve Mixology classes: Taking place on December 28 at 2:30 p.m. and December 29 at 4 p.m., adults can enjoy complimentary mixology classes at Monkey Bar. During the whiskey class, guests will learn about the distillation process of whiskey and barrel aging and create two whiskey cocktails – the old fashioned and paper plane. The vodka + gin class will focus on how vodka and gin is created followed by a guided demonstration of the classic martini and negroni.
Seasons Eating’s at ARLO: The resort’s signature restaurant, ARLO will offer dining experiences on New Year’s Eve. In addition, the restaurant is serving a festive Naughty Nog cocktail made with eggnog, vodka, Amaretto Disaronno, Fernet-Branca and cinnamon throughout December.
The Shout! House
The Shout! House is offering a New Year’s Eve with Non-Stop Dueling Pianos. Priced at $75-$210 per person. Choose between Gold, Silver, and Bronze Seating.
Kettner Exchange
Kettner Exchange is offering a New Year’s Eve 5-course prix-fixe menu from award-winning Chef Brian Redzikowski and optional wine pairings from Serene Murray. Priced at $175 per person and $50 optional wine pairing.

Lobby Lounge is offering a New Year’s Eve countdown in the lounge. Festivities begin at 8:30 pm. Priced at $100 per table.
Amaya | Fairmont Grand Del Mar
Amaya | Fairmont Grand Del Mar is offering a New Year’s Eve 5-course dinner. Priced at $295 per adult, and $147 per child, exclusive of tax, and gratuity, and includes a glass of Champagne.
They are also offering a New Year’s Day Champagne Brunch with a three-course tasting menu. Priced at $125 per adult, and $63 per child, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Rustic Root
Rustic Root is offering a New Year’s Eve party – skip the line. Priced at $30-$50 per person.

Include a very special family-style feast of 7 shareable dishes prepared by Chef David Sim and his team. An optional wine pairing for an additional $50 and a premium wine pairing for +$80 will also be offered.
