The Pelican Hotel
Room 55 at The Pelican Hotel in Miami Beach is offering an elevated New Year’s Eve experience on its rooftop terrace speakeasy. Guests can enjoy a 4-hour open bar from 9 PM to 11 PM, live DJ performances, and front-row views of the Miami Beach fireworks.
- Dinner Package 1 ($350 per person) features Hamachi Jalapeno Crudo, Ravioli Lobster in Saffron Cream, Chilean Sea Bass, and Dessert.
- Dinner Package 2 ($344 per person) includes Jamón Pata Negra & Aged Cheese, Filet Mignon 8 oz al Barolo with Portobello Mushroom, Mashed Potatoes, and Dessert.
Pelican Cafe at The Pelican Hotel invites guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a festive à la carte menu. Diners will enjoy front-row views of the Miami Beach fireworks and party favours.
Casa Matilda
Casa Matilda in Miami Beach is offering an exclusive New Year’s Eve dining experience with a three-course prix-fixe menu. Guests can choose between two seating options: $175 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and $195 from 8:30 PM until close.
The menu features highlights such as Grilled Spicy Octopus with Jalapeño Chimichurri and Surf & Turf with a 10 oz Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail, all served in an elegant setting to welcome 2025.
Salty Flame
Salty Flame on Brickell Avenue is offering a four-course New Year’s Eve prix-fixe menu priced between $75 and $130 per person.
The experience begins with a Chef’s Welcome Bite, followed by appetizers such as Steak Tartar or Salmon Tiradito. Main courses include options like Surf & Turf or Grilled Ribeye, and dessert features a 24K Gold Chocolate Cake. Guests can also enhance their meal with add-ons like an 8 oz Lobster Tail or a bottle of Moët & Chandon.
The Diplomat Beach Resort
The Diplomat Beach Resort presents two New Year’s Eve celebrations:

Novotel Miami Brickell
For New Year’s Eve, UVA Restaurant & Bar at Novotel Miami Brickell will present a three-course prix-fixe dinner menu priced at $85 per person. Featured dishes include Burrata Salad, Forest Mushrooms, Charred Octopus, Seared Tuna Rossini, and a 12oz US Prime New York Strip Steak. The evening continues at Vista Rooftop with a Gatsby-themed New Year’s Eve party starting at 9 PM. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Brickell’s skyline, an open bar, light bites, a champagne toast, lively music, and a DJ. Sexy Fish Miami
Sexy Fish Miami is hosting a New Year’s Day brunch on Wednesday, January 1st, from 12 PM to 5 PM. The experience features an indulgent selection of seafood displays, a sushi station with maki, sashimi, and nigiri, and an array of desserts.
The menu pairs with signature cocktails, including a bold Bloody Mary ($18), as well as beverage packages offering unlimited cocktails, champagne, wine, and non-alcoholic elixirs.
The two-hour brunch is priced at $68 per person, with beverages available à la carte.
Nikki Beach Miami
Nikki Beach Miami is offering a laid-back New Year’s Day Recovery Brunch on Wednesday, January 1st, from 12 PM to 5 PM. Guests can unwind by the ocean while enjoying classic brunch dishes such as omelets, waffles, pasta, and more in a relaxed beachfront setting.
DUA Miami
DUA Miami in Miami is offering exclusive New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day experiences, blending decadent dining and live entertainment to celebrate the season.
AHU | MAR will host a New Year’s Eve seven-course prix-fixe tasting menu crafted by Chef Victor Rosado. The menu includes dishes such as “Bacalito” & Caviar, Uni Toast, Sea Scallop, Foie Gras Terrine, Black Sea Bass, Wood Fire Ribeye Filet, and a “Pina Colada” Tembleque dessert. Dinner is priced at $150 per person, with reservations including access to the Love Language Party in The Lounge.

Bodega is heading to Saltburn this New Year’s Eve for a thrilling night filled with drinking and dancing surrounded by festive decor. Partygoers will get lost in Saltburn while they bid farewell to 2024 at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila. La Mar by Gastón Acurio

Isabelle’s at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami is hosting a New Year’s Day brunch from 10 AM to 3 PM. The brunch is priced at $99 per adult and $49 per child (ages 5-12) and includes baked delights, a breakfast station, a seafood raw bar, carving station, and desserts.
