Del Mar Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale is offering a New Year’s Eve dinner with an exclusive five-course menu on December 31. The menu highlights Mediterranean-inspired dishes including oysters with champagne granita, truffle agnolotti, lobster spaghetti, hearth-grilled filet, branzino, and house-made desserts. Optional enhancements include wine pairings, a vodka and caviar cart, an espresso martini bar, and a smoked old fashioned bar. A live DJ and a complimentary midnight champagne toast are included.

Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale is offering New Year’s Eve dining alongside a limited-time feature available from December 29 to 31. The featured dish is King Crab Chilean Sea Bass served with king crab ravioli, roasted winter squash, braised celery and leeks, and a Champagne vin blanc. On December 31, diners receive a champagne toast at midnight, with views of fireworks along the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Wharf Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale is offering its annual Captain’s Ball on December 31, with doors opening at 8 PM. The waterfront party includes music, dancing, specialty cocktails, and views of the city’s fireworks. Tickets and table reservations are limited.

Vitolo in Fort Lauderdale is offering New Year’s Eve dining with their regular à la carte menu alongside seasonal specials. Additions for the evening include shrimp cocktail, oysters Rockefeller, and tortellini in brodo. Reservations are recommended.

Takato in Fort Lauderdale is offering a Black-Tie Masquerade New Year’s Eve event from 8 PM to 1 AM, priced at $300 per guest with food and beverage included. The evening features live food stations, a Bluefin tuna carving station, DJ entertainment, raffle prizes, a champagne toast at midnight, and fireworks.

Daniel’s, A Florida Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale is offering the same two-tier New Year’s Eve prix-fixe structure, with seatings from 4 PM to 7 PM at $175 per person and from 8 PM onward at $265 per person, along with optional caviar enhancements and a complimentary midnight toast.

TIMBR in Fort Lauderdale is offering holiday dining for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with seasonal prix-fixe menus. Christmas Eve features a refined prix-fixe menu with dishes such as Beef Wellington, Chilean sea bass, festive desserts, and a packaged take-home treat for later enjoyment. New Year’s Eve includes a separate prix-fixe menu built around citrus-cured hamachi crudo, filet mignon au poivre, wild mushroom truffle risotto, and champagne-forward desserts designed for the year-end celebration.
