Restaurants across the city are serving seasonal menus featuring fresh ingredients, thoughtful mains, and desserts to finish. From casual brunches to elegant dinners, here’s a look at what’s on offer this year.

Bouchon will serve a $80 prix-fixe brunch featuring French bistro classics such as lobster Benedict, steak and eggs, and crab gnocchi. Starters include smoked salmon tart and roasted tomato soup. Dessert is a selection of house-made mignardises. A $19 children’s menu is also available, with optional enhancements like oysters and seafood towers.
BRERA osteria offers à la carte specials that highlight spring flavours, including confit duck with vegetables, lobster risotto, prime filet mignon with king crab and hollandaise, and vanilla lemon cake with raspberry gelée.
Buddy V’s Ristorante presents a brunch buffet priced at $75 per adult and $35 per child under 10. Dishes include herb-crusted lamb chops, beet and goat cheese crostini, and chocolate raspberry tart. A $25 bottomless beverage package is available with mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys, beer, and wine.
Gjelina serves brunch from 9 AM to 3 PM with dishes like Moroccan baked eggs with merguez, duck hash with crispy egg, and lemon buckwheat ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote.
HaSalon features a lively à la carte brunch with yellowtail sashimi, grilled branzino, swordfish schnitzel, and tableside wagyu beef. Desserts include Basque cheesecake and pistachio and raspberry cake, all served in a setting that encourages spontaneous celebration.
Juliet Cocktail Room will offer complimentary champagne to all mothers. The lounge pairs a refined cocktail experience with a relaxed, elegant setting.
Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano offers à la carte brunch from 11:30 AM to 3 PM featuring beet-cured salmon with stracciatella and caviar, lobster and black truffle risotto, pistachio-crusted Icelandic cod, and braised short rib with farro risotto.
Mott 32 serves brunch from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM with dim sum such as Iberico pork Shanghainese soup dumplings, hot and sour seafood, and wild mushroom dumplings. The King of Wan Chai cocktail made with matcha and Japanese whisky is also featured.
WAKUDA offers a dessert and cocktail pairing from 5 PM to 10 PM, including raspberry mille crepe cake with strawberry cream and a Strawberry French cocktail. Mothers receive a complimentary glass of champagne.
Yardbird celebrates with a “Biscuits & Bubbles” promotion running May 5–11. On May 11, brunch runs 9 AM to 4 PM with biscuit eggs Benedict, lobster and grits, and strawberry cheesecake waffles. Dinner from 4 PM to 11 PM includes roasted chicken pot pie and benne seed–crusted salmon.
Spritz Restaurant & Bar and Capri Restaurant & Bar, the resort’s poolside venues, will each serve complimentary mimosas to all mothers dining between 8 AM and 4 PM on May 11.
Canyon Ranch spa + fitness offers the “Especially for Mom” package from May 1 to 15. The $319 package includes a Serenity Bath & Massage and a $25 credit for the café. Reservations can be made by phone using promo code “Especially for Mom.”
Honolulu Cookie Company will be selling their seasonal Floral Lei Collection, which combines the elegance of the lei with vibrant spring colours, making for the perfect packaging to share Honolulu Cookie Company’s cookies.
Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club: Stand-up comedian Heather Pasternak will headline a 6 PM show, while guests can enjoy an all-day wine special featuring 20% off bottles.
Off The Strip Bistro + Bar will debut festive mimosa flights with flavours like mango, lychee, hibiscus, and strawberry—an addition to a special brunch. The Second Floor Menu will feature elevated steakhouse favourites including bone-in ribeye and lobster tails, available Thursday through Sunday from 5 PM to 10 PM.
Virgil’s Real BBQ will gift each mom a fresh flower for Mother’s Day. Special menu items include cedar plank smoked salmon along with rosé or white sangria.
