Fantasyland Hotel in Edmonton is offering a Mother’s Day brunch buffet on May 11 from 10 AM to 2:30 PM at the Beverly Hills Ballroom. The menu includes AAA prime rib, made-to-order omelettes, eggs Benedict, and a dessert bar prepared by the hotel’s pastry chef. Each mother will receive a curated gift bag valued at $200. Kids can enjoy craft packs, photo ops, and live entertainment by Jubilations Dinner Theatre. Pricing is $89 per adult, $69 per senior, $39 per child ages 6–12, with children 5 and under dining free.
Riverside Bistro in Edmonton is offering a buffet brunch between 10 AM and 1:30 PM, priced from $39 to $73 per person. The menu includes pan-fried fish with Prosecco cream, omelette station, carving station, rotisserie chicken, peach French toast, and air-dried meats, along with seafood options like crabs, mussels, clams, smoked salmon, and shrimps. Artisan cheese, salads, desserts, juices, and more are included.
Earls Kitchen + Bar – Tin Palace in Edmonton is highlighting a selection of menu items and drinks for Mother’s Day. A curated list of favourites will be available throughout the day, with reservations open as early as 10 AM until late evening.
Violino Gastronomia Italiana in Edmonton is offering a $79 prix-fixe Mother’s Day brunch from 10:30 AM to 3 PM. The experience centres around seasonal Italian dishes served in an intimate setting.
Kindred Food + Drink in Edmonton will serve a three-course Italian-style brunch prix-fixe from 11 AM to 3 PM. The menu focuses on relaxed yet refined dishes in a casual environment.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Edmonton will host a buffet brunch from 9 AM to 2 PM, priced at $84 for adults, $68 for seniors, and $35 for children ages 6–12. The menu includes eggs Benedict, carving station, French toast, fresh fruit and pastries, classic desserts, and a salad bar.

District 102, Drink + Eatery in Edmonton will offer à la carte brunch specials featuring a carving station with smoked beef brisket, omelette station, and chocolate fountain. Each mother will receive a flower and chocolate.
Braven in Edmonton is serving Sunday brunch from 6:30 AM to 2 PM, with lunch specials available later in the day. The experience includes bold flavours and brunch favourites.
