Donatella Restaurant is set to bring a refined taste of Italy to the newly unveiled Orcidea Boutique Hotel in Miami Beach. This collaboration between The Nakash Group and Vida & Estilo Hospitality promises a dining experience that celebrates Italy’s culinary traditions. Fresh, handmade dishes like Linguini alla Vongole, Black Truffle Cacio e Pepe, and Risotto Frutti di Mare will headline the menu. Guests can look forward to mains such as Wagyu Ribeye, Dover Sole, and Skull Island Prawns. The hotel’s Mediterranean-inspired interiors by Mico Design Studio will create an elegant backdrop, blending natural textures and artistic details.
From Spicy Hospitality Group, The Joyce and The Window at The Joyce will deliver distinctive experiences on Española Way. The Window offers a more casual setting with American street food, including its signature burgers, while The Joyce provides a 45-seat steakhouse that emphasizes premium steaks and standout options like King Crab Scampi and Two-Way Chicken. The grand Maple & Ash will arrive in February at Miami Worldcenter, bringing a two-story, 22,000-square-foot steakhouse led by two Michelin-starred Chef Danny Grant. Known for its creative menus, highlights include the Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower and an intriguing tasting menu.
