It is National Ice Cream Day today and to celebrate, foodora has brought 2 of their partners together, MELU Juice and Marble Slab Creamery to create an exclusive ice cream item that will only be available for 1 week via foodora. The idea was to imitate an existing, popular dish, and since its Vancouver and West Coast, they selected the Poke bowl.
The collaborative creation is called the Twisted Poke bowl and it is made with birthday cake ice cream, mangos, frozen blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, Melu’s house made cacao sauce (cacao powder, dates and cinnamon), coconut flakes, dehydrated cranberries, goji berries and chia seeds.
