As a lover of Mille Crêpes cakes, I had to visit Lady M’s cake boutique in Beverly Hills on our visit to Los Angeles.
Lady M Boutique specializes in Mille Crêpes cakes, which consists of 20 layers of paper-thin crepes, separated by light pastry cream.
The cakes came in a variety of rotating flavours like Green Tea, Earl Grey, Passionfruit and more.
Their clean minimalist boutique in Beverly Hills featuring a tantalizing display of their cakes and you’ll find that they offer coffee, and other confections like bon bons as well.
I got the Early Grey and the Tres leches which were both so good. They tasted true to the flavors and every bite was heavenly.
The Earl Grey was made with fresh tea leaves infused into the pastry cream and had edible royal blue cornflowers.
The Tres Leches was a seasonal flavor and featured layers of milk-soaked sponge cake, delicate crepes, and blonde chocolate pastry cream finished with a light whipped cream topping and coconut flakes.
