KIND Snacks introduces KIND BARK: Flavours, Taste and Nutrition

KIND Snacks recently kindly sent me their latest innovation: KIND BARK!

KIND BARK is KIND’s first foray into the chocolate aisle and one of the first-ever treat offerings that leads with a nutrient-dense first ingredient like almonds or peanuts.

Plus it’s made with 55% cacao dark chocolate that is fairtrade certified, giving you a sweet treat that you can feel good about.

KIND BARK can be enjoyed in the following three flavours, all inspired by KIND’s best-selling nut bars:·

  • Dark Chocolate Almond & Sea Salt
  • Dark Chocolate Almond & Salted Caramel
  • Dark Chocolate & Roasted Peanuts

As someone who eats KIND bars regularly, I was excited to try their new product and it was deliciously addictive. They were thin, light, had a nice bittersweet dark chocolate flavour but not too sweet.

I enjoyed the fact that the nuts were sliced thinly so that you get a nice crunch without it being overwhelmingly nutty in each bite.

They are pretty good afternoon treats or for when you’re in the mood for a pick-me-up.

In terms of nutrition, the KIND Bark comes with 3 servings in each bag. There are 180 calories and 13 – 14 grams of fat, 15 – 16 grams of carbohydrates, and 4 grams of protein per serving (depending on which flavour you get).

The pouches are resealable so you can portion control. But sometimes, you might find it hard to resist continuously eating them!

In general, I thought the ingredients were healthy and wholesome. I enjoyed trying KIND Bark and think you will too!
